He's helped find underlying conditions affecting my mental health, & treated them. His office staff from Farah, Heather, Richard, etc., are the best in the business! I have been to many gyms in my years and this is absolutely the best place. There is something to…read moreaccommodate every situation you may have need of, from equipment to aerobics to swimming to even Tai Chi classes. There are also towels and wet wipes in the equipment area to use. There are coaches that will help assess you and answer questions in the gym. The locker room has a whirlpool, steam room, showers and heated towels; blow dryers. There is something for every need you could think of here and the staff is super friendly. You can even purchase water and protein drinks, or healthy snacks in their mini cafeteria! I would give ten stars if that was an option.
