I then received a text message at exactly 10am telling me to never book again. I called from another phone number as the owner blocked my number as soon as she sent that text. I tried explaining that I was on the phone whenever she called and I was pulling into the parking lot as she sent a text message. She started yelling, telling me that she tried to call me twice. (She called before my appt time). She once again tells me on the phone that my appointment is canceled and never to book again. Keep in mind, I was NOT late for my appointment. She canceled my appointment at the exact time of my appt.
