This pop of bakery and shop is licensed in Ventura and you can find them all over the county popping up for different events and markets. They also have staple goods throughout the county at some of your favorite shops - for example Beacon coffee carries her delicious biscuits (which I go crazy for and buy every time). You just have to keep your eyes peeled and you'll find their delicious baked goods. As I mentioned above her biscuits are my obsession but also she makes the best sweet treats. My family loves her chocolate chip cookies, simple but done well. The touch of sea salt is tasty and the perfect amount. I've devoured her Dream Bars on occasion but truly everything they make is tasty here. I'm still overdue to buy some of their breads - will add that to my list next time. But being a fan favorite of our community, their goods do sell out fast so whenever you see they are popping up somewhere get there fast! You grab a food tray, a paper sheet and a pair of tongs then you go to the sliding door pastry display case to grab your items. Then you take your tray up to the cashier to pay for them. This is a nice location and is a dual shop where one side is the pan dulce and the other side is like a small general store for Mexican items like milk and cheese and you can also order food there.

Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for them. The booth is always cute and sticks out right away. The gal working the booth is always so lovely and welcoming. :) I love that she always seems to have a variety of cookie flavors and styles. I remember even getting some shamrock sugar cookies from her this year for a party a threw and they were a huge hit! But of course what she is really known for is her NY style cookies which are hefty yet light and soft towards the middle. The perfect cookie if you like some bites/edges harder but still with a soft and fresh center. If I had to pick a standout flavor, it is definitely her Dubai larger style cookies. OMG those are seriously the best! I've tried a lot of her other flavors though and everything is super good. I love that. She sells little sampler boxes so you can try a little bit of everything or you can go with a couple classics of the big guys.
