There is also terrible service because I was told it would be a two hour job to be done that day I dropped my bike off, but then after six days, still no word from them only me calling multiple times to push them to finish the work.

I didn't know the bike was sold until I saw it parked at the new owner's place of work in May! When I contacted Tony's they admitted the bike had been sold 6 months earlier and that they had lost the sale paperwork. It took nearly three-and-a-half weeks before I received payment, and the owner still took his 15% cut off the sale price. I voiced my displeasure with the owner, who simply shrugged off my complaints. Will not have any future business dealings with Tony's Cycle.

They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me/us back on the road in 1/2 hour!! Their service charges were fair and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Actually the entire staff there couldn't have been nicer. Something dealerships in the States could learn from.
