The picture I posted is of the Fanad Head Lighthouse which is just a few hundred yards down the hill and from which the pub gets it's name. The scenery in the surrounding peninsula is stunning and the local people will make you feel very much at home. If you go to Ireland then you should not miss out on visiting this gem.

Three very young waitresses, poor listening skills, busy chatting with each other. They did get busy when a middle aged man showed up (owner?) ;-) Food ordered: fish and chips came with side salad.
