When I tried to cancel within 30 days, their customer service informed me that the actual cancellation period was only 3 days, and that I would need to pay $1,800 just to terminate the service not including the equipment fees. The sales representatives who came to my home in Waller were Daniel Hernandez and Jonathan Guzman, both of whom straight up lied to me just to make a commission.
