Yep... there were the cracks. I apologized profusely and they were cool about it. Apparently the old ugly faucet was all I could notice. He took my iPhone and made sure I was on the page where I could leave those 5 stars. After he left, I used the toilet. It wouldn't flush. He was still on my street and I got him to return. He apparently corrected his mistake. For now the toilet flushes. But a few hours later I walked into the bathroom and the floor was flooded. I called the company's 24-hour" service. The AI "attendant" said they would try to fit me in Monday. Be careful before you expect this company to meet their promises and your expectations. Beware. Just look at what they advertise. The guy they sent to my house was intent on generating additional services, but incompetent to perform services for which he was hired and for which I paid.
