He was also nice enough to send me some before/during/after pictures as I forgot to take any. When he realized he would have extra carpet when he finished the stairs he cut me 3 pieces for the door entries since I didn't have mats in my new house yet. It was very nice to work with them and I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for flooring or stair refinishing. The stairs were done 6 months ago - stairs are still looking great as day 1 and I just realized I never wrote a review but the service and the job was so good I just had to make the time to do it!

When we asked him if he's doing the work, he said yes it would be him and maybe 3-4 other guys. The day finally came and he was nowhere in sight. This company hires a Chinese crew to do the job and they are the middle men who get a cut of our money. Poor way to do business! Not only do they lie about who's doing the work, the Chinese crew was horrible to deal with as well (leaving their smoke butts and Tim Horton garbage everywhere outside).
