She tells it to you straight, and conveys the amount of work involved in each goal that you set. As you work with Melissa, she notices and checks in with you to see how easy or hard an exercise is, and works with you to adjust the exercise accordingly to strike the balance between forward momentum and ensuring safety and comfortability. Personally, she motivates me to stick with the program, and helps me to switch gears when a particular piece of equipment, or even a weird angle on one, proves a bit too daunting. One of them just doesn't even turn on one of them I don't know if you raise it you run sideways and makes some crazy noise so unfortunately they're gonna get a bad review. Kate at the counter is wonderful. when we first signed up Manager said that the technicians come once a week and check all the machines especially the broken ones. that was a big fib. lol I also told that girl Manager at least eight months to a year ago about the same situation and nothing got done. There's also a guy there that's always cleaning so it's very clean except for the return grills. They're very high, but I believe they would need an HVAC contractor to take care of that also mentioned that last month and still filthy. Bathrooms are nice and clean and always fully stocked and organized. They definitely fix the Hydro bed quick when it breaks. I've never seen them down for more than a week. Everything else in that black card area seems to work fine they are starting to chimp out on the Cleaning. It used to be a dark pink and then it was a light pink. Now it's just white with no smell. I don't think we're cleaning anything.

The equipment is disgusting, the bathrooms are vile, and there's zero effort put into cleanliness or basic upkeep. There's not even air conditioning. Don't fall for the outdated Google or Facebook reviews -- most are from years ago and completely irrelevant. The owner posts recycled photos of long-gone members to fake a sense of community that no longer exists. Meanwhile, they film you during workouts for free advertising, not to help you improve. Pricing is shady and random. You'll likely pay more than someone else for the same membership, and they bill every 28 days, meaning 13 payments a year instead of 12. I've had multiple billing disputes and am now filing with my credit card company because the owners won't even respond to emails. Nearly all the coaches and members with any value have left. This isn't a gym anymore -- it's a money pit wrapped in sweat, dust, and lies. Stay far away. My parents have been members here for as long as I can remember. My dad has always been an avid…read moretennis player and my mom started taking lessons so that she could share something my dad loved. They both play in several leagues and have a couple days a week that they're in on a regular basis. Apart from tennis camp as a kid, I've never been much of a tennis player so when I'm there, usually I stick to the fitness area. From that perspective, there is nothing terribly special about the offerings but it's pretty much got whatever you need. I've never been in when it was crazy busy in the fitness area so I'm not sure how well people manage with one squat rack. The people who I see have always been friendly though and happy to let you work in. Even though the fitness space isn't huge, it does a nice job of giving you what you need without taking too much space from the tennis courts. Plus they also have a separate space for fitness classes if that's something you're interested in. Overall, it's a good option if you'd like to play tennis and be able to work out at the same place or even if (like me) you're not hitting the tennis courts.
