Just a really beautiful environment to improve yourself physically. They have all kinds of offerings for whatever type of workout or training style you prefer. The staff there is extremely nice yet motivating. Sara, Cat and everyone there couldn't have been nicer. I even had a minor billing issue (which was my fault) and Sara the owner wanted to give me the class for free. I resolved the issue the following day but that was very nice of them. Oxygen also has its own dedicated parking lot which makes it nice and easy to get in and out. There are some great little shops and eateries/coffee places nearby as well. I recommend everyone check it out. Sign up for a class and see for yourself.

This facility actively markets the ability to cancel or suspend your membership at any time, for…read moreany reason, without penalty. It's part of the sales pitch they make when you first go in. On the day I needed to suspend my membership (in advance of an extended time away) I told the person at the front desk upon my arrival there that I needed to suspend my membership and wanted to confirm that I could do so without penalty. She said it wasn't a problem, and asked if I knew when I'd be back to re-start the membership. Because I didn't know, she said we could leave it suspended indefinitely and that whenever I was back they could re-instate it. Again, I asked if this was without penalty, and again she confirmed. I then went for my final work out. On may way *out* of the facility that day, a different person at the front desk said that she'd been told that I wanted to suspend my membership, but that I needed to sign a form to put this into effect. I was in a rush at that point as my workout had gone late, so I quickly signed the form and left. Little did I know that by signing I was agreeing to pay a $50/mo fee to keep my membership on hold. Setting aside for a moment that it doesn't cost the facility anything to leave a membership on hold, this was in direct contradiction to what I'd been told on multiple occasions. I was a member in good standing at the club for a long time prior to this incident. I paid a great deal extra for personal training, etc. I recommended the place to two friends, both of whom joined. I gave the staff at Oxygen every opportunity to make this situation right before taking the step to write this review and file with the BBB. They chose not to, which to me says a great deal about a business, its owners and their practices. It's classically pennywise and pound foolish on their part. This is a terrible, consumer-unfriendly policy, that is wielded in a sloppy manner.

However, if you are someone who is paying to use good equipment, this gym leaves you with a lot to be desired. If this gym just upgraded some of their machines, specifically the pec fly/rear delt fly, the lat pulldown machine, the pin loaded leg extension, amongst other essential machines this gym would be 5 stars. The equipment is disgusting, the bathrooms are vile, and there's zero effort put into cleanliness or basic upkeep. There's not even air conditioning. Don't fall for the outdated Google or Facebook reviews -- most are from years ago and completely irrelevant. The owner posts recycled photos of long-gone members to fake a sense of community that no longer exists. Meanwhile, they film you during workouts for free advertising, not to help you improve. Pricing is shady and random. You'll likely pay more than someone else for the same membership, and they bill every 28 days, meaning 13 payments a year instead of 12. I've had multiple billing disputes and am now filing with my credit card company because the owners won't even respond to emails. Nearly all the coaches and members with any value have left. This isn't a gym anymore -- it's a money pit wrapped in sweat, dust, and lies. Stay far away. And my advise is if you do sign up only pay in cash as once they get your credit card they will just charge it continually. Thank you for reading AND BEST OF LUCK!
