We received two follow-up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. The warranty is far superior to anyone else: Good for as long as we're in the home..truly lifetime. We found other "lifetime" warranties were really only 15 years (or only five years if outdoors). The floor looks great, and it's holding up really well. I don't expect durability to be an issue.
