That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I spoke to David, the owner of TAMPA PAVER SEALING. who came the next day after another job for an estimate. To do the job right, instead of just pressure washing and sealing, he suggested and then meticulously stripped the layers of old seal and discoloration off, pressure washed and then resealed with exceptional quality sand and sealing products. Even before the deck was sanded and sealed, the pavers looked amazing. Another factor that only a trace of sand was in the pool. One other estimator said the pool would be very dirty when they finished but they would clean it. Big red flag. David also sealed my large driveway and long front walkway. I am very particular about our home and somehow always find the best companies and honest caring people to work with. I truly hope that my recommendation will be considered and that David contacted for estimates. He is very professional, prompt, very detail oriented and works to make sure that both you and he are completely satisfied. Pricing was extremely reasonable.
