They finally showed up to apply the sealer after we washed the patio ourselves. Don't trust that they actually applied sealer. Since we had already paid a deposit of 50% we paid way more than we should have considering the actual work that was done. If I could give this company negative stars I would!

There were many start delays with a variety of excuses: employee with sick child, sinus infection, broken machine, rain (valid), he texted wrong phone number, broken water pipe at his home, sick employee, and a funeral. So May 9th, over a month later, he did the acid wash on the deck and moved my patio furniture outdoors where it sat through 4 rainstorms out in the sun for 5 weeks. The deck finally poured May 20-24th. I had been sent photos and chose one that I wanted my deck to look like. It looks nothing like that. The bigger problems were the details: Painted above deck on screen base leaving a mess of paint, broke both screen doors, cleaned tools in the pool, paint/concrete overspray while cleaning tools outside that I spent more than 2.5 hrs cleaning off of furniture, concrete left in all pool fence holes, concrete on pool edging. He did come back to address some of these issues. I would not let him work on doors again or overpaint since he left the problem and said everything was fine. I don't trust him to repair those things. He did pay for screen people to come out and I will fix the over painting. I just wanted him off my property and will never hire or recommend. The business card and paperwork say he is licensed. The state and county say he is not. Sunbiz also says he is not registered but I am still following up on that.
