You won't regret using them and they'll probably save you the headache of buying a lemon in the end. We'll be using them again in June when we purchase our next property!

Then he lead me down a rabbit hole and gave me bad information on the exterior. So I had an exterior expert who specializes in this particular exterior come out and look at it and he refuted almost everything the inspector told me. It was not the product that the inspector told me it was. A sticker that was still on the product proved what it really was. The exterior specialist proved that It was installed correctly and was fine. It just needed a little calk but NOT in the places the inspector had told me. If I had calked where the inspector had told me to calk, it would have caused big problems. It is my opinion that this guy had absolutely no clue what he was talking about. I felt He spent most of his time typing on his computer. He was one of the worst inspectors I have ever used.

I hired Blue Guys Cleaning for a move out clean for my 1200 square foot townhouse. They came when we weren't there and then sent pictures when done. It only took them 3.5 hours, which surprised me because it's a lot of space to clean. The pictures he sent me looked fine since I couldn't see close up, so I paid them. Then when we went to look at the house that evening, none of the carpets had been vacuumed and there were a ton of spots missed on the cupboards and baseboards. It looked like some of it hadn't even been done, so we spent 2 hours scrubbing it all. I told him about it and they came back that evening again and vacuumed while we weren't there. Then we go back the next day and, of course, they didn't vacuum any of the carpeted stairs. I had even sent a text saying exactly what we needed vacuumed prior. So once again, we had to do all of that because it had to be done by that evening. They seemed to just rush the whole job so none of it was done properly. Total waste of money when I had to spend hours cleaning it anyways. Here are some photos of spots that were left AFTER the "clean". I wish I had taken pictures of all the spots on the cupboards and baseboards too before I scrubbed them. I texted him about the stairs never being done and received no response to try and make it right, hence this review. Not good cleaning or customer service. Spend more money to get the job done right.
