I stopped in after a Drs visit today and despite a little pushback from Tricare, the Medicine Box…read morewas able to square me away. Having not been in their system, and Tricare stating I had other health insurance, I was likely going to pay the full $150+ for my prescription. The Medicine box, promptly called Tricare, obtained a callback number, gave concise directions on what needed to happen. After being given a writing pen, paper with notes, I called Tricare and the matter was resolved in minutes. All while having given me the tools to rectify the situation, the Box had already filled my meds, so that when I followed their instructions in how to handle Tricare, I recieved my meds, paid $5.20. What a seamless process, despite the specialty, the med, or the pharmacy, this made the first time Tricare has ever covered a prescription, even having Tricare for Life! Looks like I have a new Pharmacy for Life!!! Outstanding customer service that will go above and beyond!!
