I did an express delivery from Walmart yesterday and had a mixed experience, but in a good way. At first, I was going to do a regular delivery, but then was concerned about waiting for it would throw off my schedule. So I canceled that order. However, when I rescheduled it for express I accidentally doubled some of the quantities and didn't realize it until it was delivered. The delivery itself went smoothly. I opted to keep some of the extra and returned 3 items, but was only required to return 1 of the items. I then ended up donating the other 2 items I didn't have to return but recieved a refund for to my church's children's department. Win win!!! read more

Snacks and drinks for a short roadtrip, this was an easy stop. The store was in good shape and I had no problem finding what I needed. The shelves were decently stocked this evening. Self-checkout didn't take too long. Men's room in the front was clean. Parking lot was tidy with the carts mostly returned. I'm not sure why this store can figure it out when so many others can't. Why review Walmart? I think they are all the same. They have just about anything your looking for or need, unless it is during the covid times!! The shelves are bare, example: 2 week in a row we have tried to get this sugar we buy, they had smaller bag this time last time none. I have used the app to order and have it shipped to my house and that seems to be good, but they don't ship water we buy or produce so you have to go and if they did ship I'd still rather pick my own produce I was surprised to see a lot of the Christmas stuff out in the beginning of October, but I guess some people do decorate near Thanksgiving. Hope they start getting more in soon, Walmart was the place you'd go if you wanted something fast. read more

People think a Wal-mart is a Wal-mart is a Wal-mart. Not true. There is really no way to critique a store like this except for cleanliness, stocked shelves and. Customer service. The store is average for being clean and the aisles tidy, the store does seem to have a lot of empty spaces on Sunday mornings, but the worst part is trying to find an employee to help you and there is only 1 or 2 check-out registers open at any one time. As far as pricing goes, it seems to me that they are not that much cheaper than other stores except for maybe clothing. read more

This past fall, Walmart finally hired an excellent store manager. The improvement has been very obvious. The store is more organized & cleaner.,.. even the floors are shiny and this is a first! He has excellent merchandising skills. Im not sure where he came from or who had trained him but all of the above has been worth it! He appears to be a hard working young man who has been committed to the success of not only himself but first & fore most Walmart, its employee and, for sure , the day in and day out customers. I have seen him many times working hard in the store. Sorry i am not good at names but I do remember faces. His photo is in the store.... In fact one day I stopped him and congratulated him on the improvements I had seen. My guess is he isn't use to that ....however i have worked in TV sales for years and seen many customers service managers good & bad and he is excellent. Congratulations Walmart in Forest City. Please keep him and give him a bonus. And NO I do not know him and no one paid me to be honest! I was raised that way by my hard working parent restaurant owners in Texas! Thank you! read more

On a Wal-Mart scale of 1 to 5 (1 being the worst), I rate this one a -5... Unorganized, out of stock, cluttered, rude employees. From the littered parking lot to the unsanitary restrooms. But then again, It's expected at Wal-Mart when there is no where else in the county to shop. read more

The worst Walmart you could walk in. Kid working the bread isle slams crates and uses bad language very rude to customers. Across the store products out of stock, it's almost laughable at the outages, nothing in stock. No employee can tell you when items will be replenished. Employees ignore customers and don't seem to be interested in helping you at all. The most mis managed retail store I have ever walked in. Bathrooms nasty. I refuse to shop at any Walmart in the future because of the bad experiences I have had here countless times. I would rather pay extra than give them a cent. Lastly most customers look like they haven't had a bath in months, you can smell the stench when you walk in the door. Sorry read more

We travel full-time and this is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The lady in the fitting room couldn't get off of her personal call to even call for assistance to fabrics. I waited over 15 minutes then went up to the manager. She couldn't quit counting her money to even acknowledge I was standing there for several minutes. Will never go back. read more
