Family told me about this place and low & behold they have a large variety of meats at a reasonable price. Navigating the store is a bit cumbersome has they have it set up to flow a certain way. Other than that, for it to be on the smaller side of grocery stores it packs a lot of stuff from the butchered meat, to liquor, to seasonings. I had to do two laps to take it all in and stay to my grocery list, not randomly picking up stuff to purchase. Ultimately I picked up a few of their custom made brats, oxtail, and wings. The oxtail came out to $17 for what normally cost a bit more in other stores in other states. The wings prising wasn't bad either. So I'm definitely going to be back for that wagyu steak and other meats from the butcher area. Overall impression of Lowery's is high. Employees were friendly, they had a variety of goods, prices were reasonable.

The second person saw us and completely bypassed us to go do something in the back. The store was dead and no one else was at the counter. Didn't even get a "I'll be right with you" nothing. What happened to customer service? When I got my first job it was at Martin's Supermarkets. They had a portion of the training dedicated to customer service.
