Hi Everyone, My wife and I were interested in…read moregetting a will, trust, financial power of attorney and medical power of attorney for our family. We had reached out to Michael Pippenger to get assistance with these critical documents for our family. Michael went out of his way to walk us through each document to ensure we understood all the content in the document. He prepared surveys to help us collect the right information and have discussions on how we would like to have each document prepared. Michael also setup a signing session with notaries and help file all of our beneficiary deeds for our real estate to ensure everything went into the trust properly. Michael also provided us with information on how to properly fund the trust and make sure everything was in order. Michael has a heart of a teacher and is willing to explain everything to you even when you have lots of questions. He made the entire process totally painless and helped our family prepare for the future. By far, I would highly recommend Michael to all my family and friends in leveraging him in preparing their will, trust and powers of attorney. You will not be disappointed. He is AWESOME!!! -Steve

I will be forever grateful to Iris Halpern and her two colleagues, Azra Taslimi and Omeed Azmoudeh for representing me during one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life. I honestly do not know what I would have done, or where I would be today without them. These three brilliant attorneys went to bat for me like no one else! They were extremely passionate about my case and supported me every step of the way. Their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and dedication to seeking justice is unsurpassed. I am so proud to know such amazing human beings and truly consider them family. There is no one else I would more highly recommend. RM law is without question, the absolute best!

They have helped my family with employment law and contracts, never gouged me financially, and always went the extra mile without charging me for it. Words don't adequately represent the impact and value they add when facing a complicated situation, and it comes down to them as people and their depth of experience. Thank you Rathod Monamedbhai!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Im President of the Dillon Bay HOA in Summit county CO and…read morewe used them for a lawsuit and collections. To say they are the worst would be an understatement. They are unprofessional, do not know anything about HOA collections and they are incredibly inept in defending you. They did not do a thorough check of all the documentation and charged the HOA for bogus charges. Now I know why 2 other HOA's up in Summit fired them. So did we,but unfortunately,we had to wait till the end of our lawsuit.

What a bunch of crooks these guys are to homeowner association. OCH will charge every legal…read moreexpense and then over charge on these expenses. What a rip off! Everything about these guys costs a small fortune. Just compare these crooks to other legal teams and you'll see that they charge hundreds of dollars for the same exact legal expenses. The next issue is that OCH is so slow. Every legal action took months instead of weeks. We had OCH try to serve a homeowner foreclosure papers and it took them six months of failed attempts before the board had to step in and force OCH to foreclose by publication. Every month that went by that OCH failed to serve foreclosure papers cost our association money. When our new management team took over our property, the manager was able to serve the delinquent homeowner their foreclsoure papers in a week. Total incompetence on the part of OCH. Next issue, OCH is totally disorganized. Their attorney reports had to be constantly audited, because their reports was poorly written, error-proned and outdated. Their work was sloppy and sometimes redundant. Sometimes they would have multiple attorneys working a single delinquent account and sometimes, a delinquent account would be sitting on their desk with no attorneys working an account. OCH was poor in court too. They would lose cases, because they misfiled the paperwork or file too late. Another big issue with OCH is communication. Forget about talking to OCH about the delinquent accounts of the HOA. OCH is so disorganized and bereaucratic that even their attorneys do not know who is handling what cases. We had two delinquent accounts that were supposedly in lawsuit in the courts, but to find out 8 months later, the lawsuits were dismissed by the judge, because OCH misfiled the lawsuits. We finally had to get rid of OCH after only a 1+ years of having them. Our new legal team is so much better. Thank god we got rid of OCH.

Robert Lantz was unfocused and lacked a coherent legal strategy to address my situation…read more I hired Robert Lantz expecting a lawyer who would assess the situation, develop a clear legal strategy, and then execute it. That never happened. There was no coherent plan. The work meandered, time was spent on tangents and circular analysis, and the effort did not align with what I hired him to do. Despite repeated attempts to redirect and refocus the work, there was still no strategy and no meaningful progress. Billing accumulated quickly, yet there was no clear explanation of how the work advanced my objectives. It felt like an activity for the sake of billing rather than purposeful legal representation. When I raised concerns and was ready to end the engagement, I was told a letter would be done "for free." That letter was not only not free in practice, but it also left me in a worse position than when I started. I paid a substantial retainer and ultimately received no strategic value. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
