Look for the white-gray nondescript building just passed the NAPA Auto Parts. You park and order at the window then wait in the parking lot for your order to be called. I had a really hard time hearing the cashier who was taking my order and she seemed to get frustrated at me for that. Between the distance between us and the cars going by on Macon street, there is a healthy amount of background noise. I ordered a hot dog with chili, mustard, and slaw and a regular cheeseburger. Once I picked up my food, I drove up to Main street and sat in front of the courthouse to enjoy my food. Both the hot dog and the hamburger were good. The burger was a bit overdone for my liking but that's ok. The toppings were good but I wanted the patty to be more seasoned. The hot dog had good flavor and the cole slaw and chili went together well. There was a crowd when I arrived and when I left so I know this is a go-to spot in Warrenton so keep that in mind for your visit.

Our kind and friendly server came by our booth within a minute or so and took our drink requests and got our appetizer going all at the same time. For starters we went with the Fried Calamari, this is first rate golden brown, tender to the bite and juicy with a great marinara for dipping. Some of the best we have had around. We gave the menu a good look over, a well rounded menu with something for pretty much every taste. I opted for the Austrailian Chicken, with bacon, mushrooms and cheddar along a nice rustic potato mash with a side green salad. The chicken was very good, nicely prepared with a unique finish. Tender and flavorful, two grilled boneless breasts covered with bacon. This is a hearty meal, great flavor and a fair value for the serving. My partner had the Chicken Pot Pie, a beautiful presentation and well prepared. A large serving with a flaky baked crust topping. She said it was very good as well. They have a pretty good dessert selection too, I went for the Heath bar cheese cake and it was exceptionally good. Rich, creamy toffee flavor. 4.5 Stars All in all a solid choice, rounded up for all of the great staff 01260

Our server Kaydi quickly came over to offer drinks, an energetic tone, a positive smile, and the refreshing Southern "yes ma'am/sir." I got the Blues Brothers Burger with sweet potato fries, a very tasty lunch, and filling. We were offered to-go drinks, a cordial touch. Pricing averaged about $25 per person, a very reasonable price for the value delivered. Overall, we will certainly be back the next time we're driving along the east coast. I hope we're lucky enough to meet Kaydi again, as she's an asset to this establishment.
