Very unfriendly. Food was good but don't dare ask for anything. Location was our reason for stopping.

Well, where the hell are they? Doors are locked and no one is there. Now I'm missing the best fast food breakfast in town.

I always get so upset when this happens. I showed up to Hardee's at 8:45pm after yoga. I wanted a chocolate shake. That's the only reason I even go to Hardee's. When I'm ordering, I ask for a shake. The woman said they don't have any more shakes tonight. I sigh.... And then I ask for a sweet tea. Apparently they don't have sweet tea either. It's 8:45pm and they don't close until 11pm. Why don't they have shakes or tea? They're too lazy to keep the shake machine on til closing time? Too lazy to make another thing of tea and add some sugar to it? They have over 2 hours til they close! I don't drink sodas at all because they cause me physical pain. Anything from a soda fountain does it to me. So now I can't even get a drink at all because they don't have anything I can drink. read more

Really don't have much to say other than it's your typical fast food restaurant.. the only thing that made it a little bit different was the mere fact that I actually got what I ordered quickly but unfortunately it still had pickles on it. But like they say only Burger King says you're way right away LOL. read more

I stopped in the other night to grab some food for my husband on the way home. I didn't get anything, but I have stopped at this location in the past. The staff has never been very friendly and the service can be slow...no matter how busy or not busy they are. My biggest issue is they their health rating is a B. I don't think I will ever go back - just for that reason alone. read more

They were pretty slow when we went through at 1:00, which should have been the first sign that it would be terrible. We got a simple two hamburgers and a meal, and they asked if we wanted cheese on our burgers. We said no, only ketchup. As we left, we opened our burgers only to realize there was cheese. Not okay!!! All you west coasters, this is the east coast's version of Carl's Jr. Yes. Yes, it is. I don't eat a lot of things from here only because they're so fattening for you (and more expensive compared to other fast food burger joints). Some of their burgers is like a heart attack sandwiched in between two buns!!! Right now they've got this lunch box thing that's only $5. It includes two double cheeseburgers, small fries, an apple turnover and a small drink. Not bad, eh? Why are theses people rude? It's 9:30 am on Sunday. I asked for fresh country fried steak cause I've gotten old ones on past, and other times fresh ones. It's Sunday I didn't want an upset stomach at church. Well upon ordering it she got rude huffed loud enough through the speaker didn't repeat my order and just said drive up front. On good note the employees were wearing mask and the woman who took the order was not at window but behind the woman that took my money. She was complaining about something. The lady who took my money was soft spoken but nice. I gave toward their Veterans charity even though the other lady was rude and she didn't make me a fresh steak. And the sausage was very old. Hardee's is now made itself my to go place in the morning for a biscuit... Used to go to Bojangles but with the Summerville Bojangles closed Hardee's is now the best! The staff is always friendly and the food is always good for fast food.... Sometimes will stop in for a quick $5 bag lunch when we're on the go at work and can't stop for a real sit down meal. After sitting at the drive thru for roughly 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, I finally was waited on. Pulled up to the window and after a short wait got my order. Left, then realized NO straw was in bag. OK, not a big deal. Opened bacon and egg biscuit....egg soggy, half done. OK, I can deal with that, too. Finished eating, pulled into driveway, and found that my drink cup had a hole in the bottom and had leaked out into my cup holder, half filling it. Hardee's is off my list of places to eat. I only gave them a single star because you cant leave a review without choosing a star. I was eating at the resturaunt just now when a lady walked by a family sitting at a booth when we all heard a dog bark. The cashier was just walking by also and after delivering a customers food went back to that table!! I was sure she was going to tell them animals atent allowed in the dining room. Instead she petted the small dog and went straight back to the counter without washing her hands. I was blown away. When i called the manager on the phone he told me hed go look in to it. I watched as he went to a table of older ladies and just greeted them and went right back behind the counter. I called him back and he said service dogs are allowed. Well i was sitting just across the room and he neither asked them or was told they had a service dog. Im no idiot, the manager was spineless and there was no care that the server petted the dog and went right back to serving food!! Tonight I stopped at Hardees, 1401 N. Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483-7316 and ordered 2 Hamburgers and a medium coke for my husband. After waiting several minutes in line to pickup the order, the cashier, Yaniece handed me the medium coke. A minute later the hamburgers. I drove off and about half way home I took a drink of the coke, or should I say "carboniated water". I decided to call them and relay the message that the coke machine was not working properly and the girl said to me that it was my responsibility to check the drink before leaving and I could bring it back. Her mistake was telling me it was my responsibility to check the drink when anyone in their right mind knows that when the machine is low, it makes a noise and they can see that the liquid coming out is discolored. But the worst part was when I asked her name, she hung up on me. Now I am really angry! I turned around and drove back 4 miles to the store, but on the way I called again. The phone rang at least 30 times and then it went to fax. Upon arrival, I walked in and there was no other customers in the store, nor at the drive-thru window. The shift leader, Sabrina was there and I asked where the girl was that hung up on me? She said she left 5 minutes ago. This means she knew about it or she was the one that I was talking too originally! I asked her name and she refused to tell me. She said the same thing to me that the the girl that hung up on me said, that the machine had run out and I must have gotten soda before they changed it out. Not one time did she offer me a refund, apology, not even another drink. I informed her that the service was extremely poor and their customer service was even worse. I let her know I would be reporting this to her corporate office and they could answer to them. read more
