The waitress came strolling by all 3 tables yelling "refills" and kept moving and returned with unwanted refills. I have never NOT left a tip...this was a first for me. I left a low review on the Kiosk and also called the next day. This waitress needs to be trained better and social skills need to be improved. The workers are not very professional, the place is falling apart. Tiles cover the exterior, they have a lot of missing grout around the window. The building is tiny. Like an RV or a food truck. I feel sorry for the workers having to work in a tiny cage while the menu is huge. And about that menu--how about putting another copy for us to see while we are in line for 20 minutes? One reason your service is slow, is because folks have to look at the huge menu while they are at the speaker. Dumb. Then they start changing their order and take forever. And you don't even have the huge burger or price on the menu? What's up with that?
