Unfortunately, things didn't improve from there. Our order was incorrect, and my burger wasn't even warm when it was served. To make matters worse, the restrooms were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. A clean dining room, accurate orders, hot food, and sanitary bathrooms are basic expectations at any restaurant. This experience fell well short of that, and we won't be returning unless significant improvements are made.

Cheese, bacon, honey mustard, BBQ Sauce were just a few items they were out of. Because they were trying so hard to make food for customers with what they had, they were making mistakes, leaving things off orders (cheese left off burgers), no catsup, regular instead of spicy chicken. Just little mistakes that they should not be making. The frosty was thin and diluted. No flavor and very little thickness. Maybe out of that mix, too? I suggest that the managers be held responsible for making sure the employees have what they need to do their job, and training the employees to stay organized (or pitch in and give them a hand). We love Wendy's and are hoping they can get these things addressed before they lose business in a small town that is trying their best to support them.

I thought it was odd that they still had a Covid sneeze guard over the cashier station. It seemed out of place. It also was looking old. If they were going to keep it they need to replace it. I got hashbrowns and a sausage biscuit with cheese and a water. The hashbrowns were great! I passed through at 9:30 AM. The biscuit tasted like it was probably made at early in the AM. It did not seem fresh and seemed old. I was a little disappointed. It tasted OK but it did not taste great. They seemed busy enough that there should not be old biscuits. When I was ordering the cashier just stood there looking to the side. I was waiting for her to ask me if I was ready to order. We probably stood there for 20 seconds before I engaged her and asked if she was ready for me to order. It was awkward. A simple greeting by her would have done the trick. Good luck!

The food is rarely warm and the sandwiches look like they've been eaten on. The fries are always cold and soggy. The cleanliness of the inside is another whole disappointment. I would rather eat the rear end out of a buzzard than to eat at this restaurant again. Smith management is the franchise owners out of Cleveland and I suspect they're not much better as this has happen to me at least 10 times in the past year! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Burger King is across the street or just two miles east of this restaurant you'll have Hardee's, Sonic, Wendy's, gondolier, and long John silvers. I would recommend either one of these over this McDonalds

Long John Silver's in Sweetwater is a decent option when you're craving fast-food seafood, but the…read moreexperience can be a little hit-or-miss. The food is usually hot and satisfying when it is freshly prepared, especially the fish and hushpuppies. The portions are fair for the price, and it is convenient when you want something different from the usual burgers and chicken. That said, the quality and service can vary depending on the time of day. Sometimes the food seems like it has been sitting a little too long, and the wait can be longer than expected even when the restaurant does not appear especially busy. The dining area could also use a little more consistent attention. Overall, it is not a bad choice for a quick seafood fix, but it is not always consistent enough to be a regular stop. Fresh food and friendly service make a big difference here--when they get both right, it is quite good.

I wish we would have listened to my grandson and went to the Burger King. We arrived a little late as we had been traveling so it was 25min until 8:00pm which is closing time. This restaurant is trying to copy the big brand chain BBQ restaurants and no longer have a waiter come to your table you order I call it concession stand style at the door basically. We were greeted by a girl who kept looking at us like we were a burden for coming in 25min before closing. While we were trying to look at the menu which is on the wall behind the counter employees in the kitchen kept looking out the window as if we were taking too long to order. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich my wife, mother in-law,and grandson ordered a baked potato. We also ordered three fountain drinks and my wife ordered a draft beer. For a very small pulled pork sandwich, three baked potatoes, three fountain drinks, and two beers our bill was $74.67. This is one of those restaurants that charge you a Tip prior to receiving any service so my added tip was $10.00 for them to bring the food to our table and let us know that if any of us was drinking tea that they were pouring it out because it was 10 minutes till closing. I guess when you get out of your car at a BBQ restaurant and don't smell smoke or BBQ that's a good sign to leave. Pulled pork =BLA no smoke flavor I believe it was crockpot pork.Potatoes hard half cold half boiling hot just like microwave potatoes. If this wasn't in such a small town there is no doubt it would not be in business! Take my advice. Do not waste your time or money here. Go to Burger King. The food was so bad and the portions so small I didn't bother taking any pictures. PS: My wife ask the manager why such a change and of course we got the old worn out excuse.(IT's BECAUSE OF COVID) breaking news. That was 6yrs ago! I believe everyone is tired of hearing that excuse.
