ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE..... Paid almost FIFTY DOLLARS for: Bug in food. Told to drive around to help their drive thru time. Waiting forever(almost 20 mins for milkshakes). Told person who brought milk shakes out that there was a bug and she walked away without saying anything. Drove back through the drive through and was given a refund for the kids meal and one shake. The staff was very unprofessional. The cashier was flirting with the customers and even asked one customer if he could keep the extra money. Another worker had his pants pulled down below his buttocks. The burger was extremely salty, and I love salt, but not a shaker full. The fries were limp and soggy. breakfasts always good like most Hardee's. burgers average depending on who's working this is one of the loves that the staff can be touch and go they could be good that could be bad it's hard to tell what you're going to get on any particular day in the Prescott Arkansas area. first time I seen the big roast beef. so we'll have to wait and see how long it is one thing though I can't say I find interesting if you look at my pictures is the screenshot I tried to check in here either the Hardee's or the loves and it says you're too far away but if you look it says according to my GPS on the phone I'm one point five miles away HAHAHAHA!!! I gave the one star, only because zero stars can't happen! Worst mistake of our trip thus far. I wished I yelped 1st!! $28 for 6 sandwiches and 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits. I wish we would have not waisted out time. They served me one of my chicken biscuits with a piece of pork that was gross. All the food was hardly warm and the biscuits, were the best part and they were not that great as well. Do your self a favor....don't bother!! read more

AAbsolute crap consistently. I've tried 5 times to get a burger like I used to get at Carl's junior in San Diego. Among the worst fast food experieces of my life. Gotta fire everyone and start over.

We passed through here on a trip, stopped for gas, and saw their advertisement for inexpensive double sliders, so we thought we give it a try. Bad idea. The meat in our sandwiches was cold and bland so the entire sandwich was cold and tasteless. The meat had obviously been sitting for awhile, not cooked fresh. This in spite custom making the sliders--I didn't want onions or ketchup, and they got that right, so my sandwiches were obviously made on demand. My wife has been a fan of Hardee's, but she said that this was the worst meal she's ever had there. Biting into that cold burger made me immediately think of Wendy's because they advertise that their meat is always cooked fresh! (Definitely NOT what you want people to think of if you are Hardees.) In retrospect, the meat was so bland that we now wonder whether Hardee's meat now contains non-beef fillers. Tip: If I had been thinking clearly, I would have taken the sandwiches up to the counter and respectfully pointed out the problem. They almost certainly would've cooked up some fresh ones, and it would've given them instant feedback. I wish I had thought of it at the time. read more

Stopped into Hardee's for the first time. I'm from California and was set for a Famous Star or a Happy Star... or a Western Bacon... but they don't have them on the menu. What a disgrace to to the Star itself. Anyway... they do have a Six Dollar Burger on the menu -- but in the future I'll wait to see the famous Carl's J.R. sign. read more

Tables are dirty anywhere you sit. There was a gentleman who was handing out the orders while everyone behind the counter was standing around. Seems like he was the manager. The food was cold. There was no sweet tea and none of the employees bothered to fill it up. That crew needs some supervision or something. read more

This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I waited for 22 minutes, with not one person even coming to the window to apologize for the wait or anything. After that time, someone came to the window and asked if my order was a platter. I said "no, that person already left because she got tired of waiting". She closed the window without another word. Then, after a few more muinutes, she came back and asked me to pull up!! I refused to move and another person came with my order. She did apologize, but I would not recommend anyone stop here again. If you have to wait for thirty minutes, you are better off to go to Hope or Arkadelphia!! I hope this Hardee's goes out of business and we get someone in who cares about their customers. read more
