It is what it is but I have never been disappointed with what I order. I like the small chicken wraps and my husband gets a burger.

Whenever I'm in Pikeville during the breakfast time, I always stop by this Hardee's. Their food is always delicious and hot. And at the drive thru window Robina R. always appears to be in a good mood and happy to serve. read more

I'm sorry. I just witnessed an employee exiting a toilet who did not wash his hands. Hopefully, he washed them in back where they make food. Did not eat here One employee at counter gave me a senior discount on my drink, which I have never experienced before. read more

Terrible service and short handed they said be right with you and then went to help another customer and resulted in us not getting food

Foods good service is a little bit slow And sometimes they don't seem to understand you the speaker system isn't too good

If I could give the Pikeville Hardee's zero stars I would. This is the slowest drive thru you will ever experience. The staff is clueless and simply do not care about customer service at all. I came through for 2 shakes a week ago and waited over 20 minutes, I was the only person in the line. Today we waited 52 minutes for a burger and a chicken sandwich. There were 2 cars in front of us but one took off. We watched the manager throw 5 sandwiches in the trash while we were waiting. Stopped in to use the restroom since we were traveling. We intended on going to a gas station across the street but decided this was a better option. It was an older building and not the cleanest bathrooms. The establishment had several flies, but it's hot out so I guess they sneak in. The gal behind the counter was pleasant and patient as we decided what to order. I felt like I should order something since we used the restroom. We decided to try some happy hour 1.00 cheeseburgers, which were fine. My son orders a bacon burger and his looked pretty good, but I did not get a chance to take a picture since he was hungry. The fries were not crispy but he ate those as well. I would definitely not stop here again, but the cashier was very nice and apologized that our order took so long which I appreciated. read more

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru lane and I was the third car. First car had pulled up waiting for her meal and she waited at least 20 minutes and no one brought out her order. She had to get out of her car to remind the staff that she was still waiting. Finally, it was my turn and if I could have, I would have left the line and gone somewhere else. Finally got my bacon cheeseburger and fries. Cheese burger loaded down with tons of mustard and fries tasted of old grease and were so bad, I couldn't eat them. Also was not given a receipt to do their Tellhappystar survey. They were probably afraid of what I'd say. I've been to a couple of Hardees locations in Rocky Mount, NC and they were excellent. Stopped in yesterday to place a large order to go. A total of $42 and that's a lot of biscuits. I've had a number of bad experiences at fast food restaurants and especially Hardees so my expectations were tempered to sat the least. I should not have been so negative. My positive experience started with the cashier. I had numerous coupons and she handled those with ease. The order was filled promptly and we were on our way. As I was putting the order in my truck the cashier came running out with my country ham biscuit that did not make it into the bag. Great customer service and everyone inside wished us a Merry Christmas as well. Good job Hardees. I hope management reads this and figures out who was working on 12-24-2019 at approximately 9:30am. It is fast food burger place that you never know when it is open or not. Some days they only serve breakfast. Some days, they aren't open at all. Other days they will stay open until about 2pm. It varies day to day and without notice. The the oddest thing I have ever seen. They are never open much past 2pm that I have seen lately. The dining room is used as a makeshift office and furniture storage area (even after places opened back up from COVID). To this day, unless you catch them when they are open, they look like they have shut down permanently. When you do catch them in the building they make you Hardee's quality food. Very greasy, but generally tasty and they do it about as well as the average Hardee's. Your best bet is breakfast, they seem to be open most days for that. The hours posted are the standard hours, they don't even pretend to follow them. They are always putting a handwritten sign on the door that says "closed for a staff meeting". This is not fast food if you order on you way to work better give them 10 mins. Nasty looking outside of the drive drive thru needs to be pressure washed and painted if you take a good look at it you would just drive off. Hardee's has been the only fast food restaurant in town for years but if any thing else were to come to town it would be closed in 6 months. Serve has always been joke, food ok sometimes others hard as a brick and taste like sh_t unless you put jelly on it and try choke it down. Now the nasty looking drive thru I think I will just take the 10 min sitting in line to get my food and drive to Goldsboro and eat somewhere else. read more

It's a slower than typical fast food joint. The food is as good as it can be considering it's all frozen stuff. It's not bad if your willing to wait and pay a little more than it should be. It's neither the cleanest nor the dirtiest place I have eaten at. I agree with another reviewer that said there is usually one or two employees that are working hard while everyone else is just killing time. The staff has never been rude at anytime that I've been, but no one is going to be very friendly either. read more

Never ever NOT ONCE did they get my orders right. Its undercooked or over done and it is what ive nicknamed a "sandwich of the day place" it's totally luck of draw it seems... You never know what will end up in your bag because they seem to Just grab whatever is closest and give it to you. After my 5th wrong order in a row i stopped going. Only continued because it's the closest to my place. Sad. read more

This is the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. Every time I go there they take a long time to take your order. They see you standing there to order and tell you they will be there in a minute and the minute turns into a lot longer time. Then when you get your order it is usually wrong and not the way you ordered it and you have to take it back and they have to fix it again. Then they have to throw away the one you took back and that causes the prices to go up because they waste so much food because they do not pay attention to the ticket or they don't read the ticket or they just don't care. The drive thru seems to be their only concern and the ones ordering inside doesn't seem to matter. Please don't go through the drive thru because your order is 90% wrong. They need to do something SOON to fix this Hardee's. read more

It's Hardee's...they can be extremely slow at times. Slower than other Hardees.
