My son and I ate lunch there last week. We ordered our food to eat there. Our order was brought to our table in a paper bag and I asked why no tray was offered ? I was told "We don't do trays anymore." We had to tear the paper bag to have something to lay our food on due to the sticky, nasty table. I won't do lunch there any more. I think there's new management, but I don't think there are enough employees to keep it running quickly. Every now and then I'll get an egg and cheese biscuit in the morning and there's always a decent line in the drive-through. But my food is always hot and fresh, and the employees working at the window are always very kind. I hope they get more employees soon, they deserve to be recognized as a solid quality fast food joint in this area. read more

I don't know about the food. I was not able to actually get any. No customers when I visited so I figured I would get rapid service. Tried to go inside to order but doors were locked. Employees sitting in dining room completely ignored the customer trying to get in. Went to the drive-thru. Sign on the order box saying "We can only accept exact change or credit card". The person greeting me said "Welcome to Hardee's exact change only". This was on a Friday night! You didn't go to the bank to get change for the weekend?! That's poor management and that poor management is reflected in the lack of caring from the employees. I don't expect this location to last much longer. read more

On a busy Sunday mid-church crowd, this Hardee's location failed miserably at serving any of its customers. We waited in line to order for 10 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any staff member. The young lady stationed at the drive through seemed to be the only one who interacted with the folks who had placed an order and were waiting. The staff member assigned to take orders at the counter kept her back to the public and refused to acknowledge anyone was there to be served. We left after the new manager(he told the folks waiting to order that he was brand new and that it would get better now) talked but did nothing to make anything right. I hope they get themselves together; were not in town much so don't know if we'll give it another shot. read more

Waited many years for the Roast Beef sandwich to come back. I skipped the regular roast beef sandwich and order two Big Roast Beef sandwiches. The beef was thin and I can't imagine what a regular roast beef sandwich looks like. The beef was also dry and room temperature, like the bun. Total Waist of money. read more

As a lifelong Memphian, I of course remember when Hardee's was in Memphis and when they left. I was so excited that this restaurant was not only back in Memphis area but close to my home! I was one of the first in the lunch rush. Crew was inviting and well trained. Everyone's order was made correctly and was hot and fresh! I've been a fan of Hardee's as long as I can remember. I was very happy when this location opened in Millington so I could make it a regular stop for breakfast or lunch through the work week. Since it's been open there's been ups and downs in quality and customer service. It appears that right now we're experiencing one of the downs. As of this morning (11/19/2018) they're still out of large coffee cups (it's been nearly two months), they were out of at least two types of soda, and they didn't get my order right. read more

At first glance, it seems like your average fast food joint, but the food is great and the service is great, too. This place gets major points for offering low-carb options on all their burgers! Basically it's a burger without the buns and replaced with a lot of lettuce. I wish more places would offer options like these. I could live without the squeaky kitchen equipment especially since this place is still pretty new. Other than that, we all loved our meals and I look forward to coming back soon! read more

The service inside was great, food was delish! But..... So there was a lot of water on the floor near the drive thru while we was ordering. All of a sudden we heard a loud thud. The coffee cup dispenser rack with all the coffee cups for the drive thru patrons fell in the floor, the the said watery substance. The manager simply picked the whole rack up, cups, lids and all and placed them on the counter. So I have a good feeling those cups will be given to the next customers who ordered coffee. Walked into the new restaurant with the expectation of enjoying a traditional meal that has made Hardee's famous. However while standing in line, I was grossed out beyond measure. There was one employee who had no hat on, and was hair down his back. All the other employees working had their hat on, but this one employee didn't see the need to follow proper health and hygiene protocols. Not only so, but while talking with a frustrated drive thru customer, that had been waiting over 15 minutes for a drive through order; this ended my trip to Hardee's before it really began. read more

This Hardees has a repeated issue with employees not listening or playing in the background, getting orders wrong and not treating customers as their primary responsibility. As of today, it has lost four regular customers. read more

First time at this location, waited and waited for someone to notice us and take our order (almost walked out). Party of 5...three adults and 2 little ones-5 yr old and 2 yr old. Asked if they had high chairs, yes but it was stored in back and he had to go get it. 2 other tables with couples eating and I assume the manager at booth doing paperwork. The drink area was not only wet and nasty but there was zero unsweetened tea and most of the bins for straws, lids etc were empty. The sweet tea tasted sour and old. Never got cups for the ketchup after mentioning that the tea and cups for ketchup was empty to an employee so we took our baskets to the dispenser. Have to say this is the worst experience at a Hardee's EVER!! They seemed more concerned with being on their phones and which employees were supposed to be working than actually cleaning and refilling and working!!! Millington, Tennessee Store: Awful. (5/48/2018 @ 11:25am) 1. Took over 30 minutes to get my food 2. Only 2 employees were actually trying to do their jobs 3. The drive through girl had a really bad attitude (including stepping out of the store to use her cell phone in the middle of a lunch rush while multiple people waited for their food) 4. Store was DIRTY! 5. 3 out of 4 trash cans were overflowing 6. When I finally got my food it was the wrong order. I ate it anyway as I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes 7. They had 2 TV's going at the same time with the volume TOO LOUD and playing 2 competing pieces of music with speakers that sounded like they were made of tin. It's OBVIOUS there is a zero management/leadership presence in this store. The young lady who took my order had a good attitude, but you could tell she was very new and hardly trained. There were more employees walking around the kitchen area seemingly doing monotonous tasks rather than actually making a supply chain. None of the employees were happy at all. They were all stressed out. A Note to the HARDEES CORPERATE OFFICE: My prediction is this store will be closed within 3 months (that would be mid-August-2018) as this store must be losing money. Who wants to go to a restaurant that is dirty, trash overflowing, wait 30 minutes (or longer) for their food, while surrounded by store employees that are projecting emotional distress that makes you think they all just got their birthday's taken away. You better get some SERIOUS LEADERSHIP in this store, or close it. It is situated between a Mexican restaurant and a Zaxby's, plus the Chick-Fil-A across the street (which their service by themselves blows this store's to Pluto by the way). Well thinking that Hardee's is gunna be just like Carl's, my boyfriend and I decide to try it out. Well they got my order completely wrong. My burger patty was tiny, dry and burnt. I took it back to have them fix my order but it again was wrong. My boyfriends chicken strips were old and dry. All around bad experience there. We won't be going back. read more
