zero stars i use to work there the sanattion is a joke the areas food is preped at is descusting you care about your health dont eat there

I just had the worst burger of my life It was so thin and burnt, cold, the cheese wasn't melted. Never again

Food was great, customer service (that my boyfriend and I received) was FANTASTIC! My issue, the shift lead. I have NEVER seen such a hostile work environment in my 5 years of retail/customer service. I saw the shift lead scream at the young employees and rip a broom out of one of their hands because he wasn't sweeping "good enough". Embarrassing your team in front of anyone and everyone in the lobby, it made me sick to my stomach. Allowing this kind of behavior is despicable. read more

Very disappointed that they were already closed by 7:15 when I arrived on a Friday evening.

I often stop at Hardees in Milaca on my way home. Yesterday I ordered two hamburgers, ketchup only, and a medium soda. The bag felt cool to the touch and when I opened the bag, not only were the burgers plain, they were cold, the bun was dry and the hamburger was like leather. This is the second and last time with a similar experience! Very disappointing. I threw them away! (I will say the young lady waiting on me was very friendly ) read more

We stopped on our way up north on a Friday afternoon 3 of us and we're very happy to be able to eat inside and not in the car. I had chicken strips and fries my brother had ham and cheese sandwich and my SIL had a mushroom Swiss burger. I really enjoyed the spicy honey dipping sauce. Food was all hot and fresh. Worst customer service experience. I showed up before they closed, and by the time they acknowledged us, the store had "closed" according to the staff. Further, the manager was unprofessional and rude. Ultimately,since Hardee's had more important things to do than take care of a customer who went out of the way to visit them, we left to head to McDonalds. Check your order we were missing chicken strips and bacon on a burger. I brought in burger to add bacon and dude tossed in garbage. I would've just kept it and slipped the bacon had I known. The strips cane but they were the size of large French fries. Bummed me out. read more

Stopping here on a whim was a really good choice. Not only did it take a few minutes for our order but the food was totally delicious. This really satisfied my burger and fries craving, that I didn't know I was having. Now this truly a meal, unlike the other burger places in town. I mean where else can you get thin cut fries, and a thick burger, with some onion rings in your sandwich. Definitely worth a stop again when I am in the area once again. read more

What a horrible disappointment. Unfortunately, I have left a negative review online in hopes their service and staff might improve. No such luck. In a tiny town where the fast food options are extremely limited, they've chosen to provide the kind of service one expects from someone who knows you have no other options. I've found myself preferring to buy food at the gas station because it's better. Until such time, if ever, a well run establishment comes through this one horse town, I'm sure it will continue pumping out it's toxic waste nourished by the locals with no other options. read more

Saw the one star review... had to try! First impressions were a nice looking restaurant with an odd staff behind the counter. Service was quick and Food was well above average for a little bit more expensive than usual. However fast food is still fast food, still superior though to your average gas station or McDonald's. read more

On a road trip with my son. We were hungry stop to get a quick bite. Out order was simple just hold the tomatoes. The girl read it back wrong and I corrected her. By her reaction you would think she was never wrong. She told "it will come out right just stand over there and wait." It took more the 15 minutes for our order so much for fast food. The order was wrong I told the same girl she told me "no you don't know what you ordered" so I talked to the "manager" she rolled her eyes and said she didn't have time to deal with me and my "piddley" problems. Stopped here on our way to a camping trip with my son. The burger was okay, but lacked flavor, the fries unmemorable. This Hardee's is much like all the rest. It is conveniently located off two main thoroughfares. I'm surprised by how the prices have increased at Hardee's over the past couple of years. I wish they had a value meal option like so many of their competitors. There aren't a lot of options in Milaca. If you have a hankering for a burger, roast beef sandwich, fries, a shake, onion rings and the like, then you'll probably like Hardee's. Don't expect healthy or gourmet food here. read more

The food is overpriced and the quality of the food is not good. I ordered a small cheeseburger and when it came it was cold and the bun felt squishy. The manager was disrespectful when we asked about my sister's food allergy. The other workers and the cashier that took our order didn't seem very friendly either. Horrible service, food it thrown together and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. Managers have absolutly no respect for customers. They constantly screw there orders up and think because you are ordering food from them they are some kinds of gods and you have to obey them and be happy. Was not pleased with the quality of the food while passing through there on vacation . I alerted the mgt and they seemed like they did not care .. If ever back there again we will bypass this one . So I get home and I find out they refused to serve a Police officer . Ok so this is not the first time this has been in the news its everywhere . In fact some have made national news about officers being refused service !!! This makes me sick . You can not tell me you ppl have not heard of this happening .
