Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 biscuits. 1 steak and 1chicken. The steak biscuit had been sitting awhile but the chicken biscuit was fresh and flavorful. I don't remember the last time I had food from a Hardee's but the service was super fast. Jethro, my pup loved the rest of the steak biscuit. I'll save the rest of chicken for later. read more

Stopped for breakfast with the family. That was a mistake. The sausage biscuits had very little sausage and the biscuits were very greasy. The ultimate omelet biscuit was the ultimate let down. Only two very tiny pieces of sausage was I the egg that was paper thin and again it was completely greasy. The only thing about this stop was to the coke our daughter had. No smiles or greeting. No thank you come again. Nothing. I will not be back. This restaurant is a total horrible place. read more

Those that know me know that I don't complain. The young lady at the window was very nice, she handed me a cup with the lid not closed and it got all over my electrical component in my car. she handed me lots of napkins NOT A BIGGIE! As leaving my family member stated that we didn't get her lemonades, that WE ORDERED and also got 2-2 packs. I went back to the drive thru and the lady yelled at me.. she said, we didn't pay for them. I honestly wasn't sure. I go in and the manager was at the counter with a very angry face with hand on hip. I'm not confrontational. I simply stated everything that had just happened and I was only asking about the Lemonade. she yelled at me and wouldn't allow me to talk.. she just kept saying, your not getting lemonades. I ask her why she wasn't apologetic ?? she said, We both said we were sorry. I simply stated it was her attitude. She literally turned her back to me. I have owned my own business and managed.. Not, saying that I expected free lemonade BUT with all that happened and the order being wrong. I sure would have given the customer something in return and been more that apologetic, especially to a customer that was trying to be so nice. it truly makes me sad how this woman manger made me feel. I have NEVER had an issue with them before and I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the young lady who served me. As for the manager, I will pray for you! My Son used to work here many years ago and he would have never been allowed to treat customers so badly. read more

From the moment I walked in I felt like I had interrupted something. Not like they were making food, it was slow. It was clean, but it didn't feel like they wanted us there. Cold food, cold fries, order made incorrect, when asked to remake they just straightened the bacon and added a slice of tomato... food still cold. Horrible experience for someone who hasn't had Carl's Jr or Hardee's in 5 years, I want their food, just not from this place. Since my mom used to be a GM for this company, I can say that was the worst place to have their food. Don't go there. Go to another one, just not there. read more

They were rockin on the drive thru orders 6 cars in front of me and I had my order and out within 5 minutes! My biscuit was delicious ! I ordered two cheese and egg biscuits with two large hashbrowns and two cold brew. When checking the bag I saw two small hashbrowns....no big deal. I say ma'am we ordered two large hashbrowns. She then gets the receipt (that wasnt in our bag or handed to us) off the machine . She says" he rang us up as small" and turns around .. OKAY people.... does that mean that I woke up less hungry because HE pushed the small button? Does the fact that HE made it small, make me want a small instead of a large? His MISTAKE doesn't make me LESS hungry now does it? First... if the receipt was in the bag I would have just said " he rang us up as small but we would still like to have large and we will pay" but I didn't have that.. also she could have came at us with " he rang you up as a small but I can get you a large for 1.00 more , sorry. I wish I could give no stars. I just got a "chicken" sandwich that was a straight up solid piece of gristle. I could not even separate a bite off of it, much less eat it. My husband tried and he couldn't bite it either. I was starving so I just ate the bread. What an absolute trash piece of "meat" that was. They should be sued for selling inedible garbage. Disappointed with our order from the Hardee's in Macclenny Florida at 7:57 am on October 9, 2022. The price for the sausage egg and cheese (not combo) was $4.29 compared to advertised pricing of $2.69. In addition, all three biscuits were hard and not fresh. I spoke with a female manager who had no control over pricing and seemed unconcerned about the quality of our order. This did not represent the brand very well. read more

Ill update my Hardees review.. Ok yall i know its just a fast food joint. But to me, its the best one we have in Macclenny as far as serving breakfast and lunch.. You can never go wrong with the breakfast here. I got 6 sausage biscuits this morning for about $6.50. The lunch is always hot and fresh to me cause it seems they make most of the burgers as you order them. They also have the Red Buritto taco selections but i can honestly say ive never had that. The employees here are always nice, clean and friendly as well. read more

Wife went there this and ordered two Sausage Gravy with biscuits. What she got was Two biscuits with a side order of gravy. She told my wife she ordered the wrong thing. But a lot of people do it! So after Fourty years how we order is wrong, and we need to change. Maybe Hardee's should train their employees or quit hiring ex McDonalds employees. read more
