Stopped here just now jones-ing for a tasty burger before my long drive...right off I75 @ the Chevron truck stop/gas station. The service ( drive thru ) was patient and courteous...the burger ( big cheeseburger $5.00 meal) was the bomb! FRESH...that seems to never happen at most burger places these days ( burger hot, onions crisp condiments perfect..and dare I say...ithe burger...t's gone already ( approx 1:35pm- sunday). ..wow...it was fantastic!... Fries and soda too ...but I have to getback on the road. Take "my" advice...it's the west side if the freeway...STOP there and give them a try. I hope your experience was as positive as mine. P.S. the young lady who collected my $ and deliveredy food (wish i had gotten her name) had the greatest smile and made me feel welcome....I WILL be back when I come this way again... Thank you Hardee's team for caring about hot, fresh food and excellent customer service! read more

Hardee's - Two 3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ - Fast Food Near Me - Lake Panasoffkee, Florida

$6.73 for a single burger no cheese??? Terrible. Burger was cold with a half gallon of ketchup. Rude employee. Waited 20 mins as the only person in the drive thru. I would give zero stars if I could! read more

Never had their hand breaded chicken strips until I went to Lake Pan Hardee's. They are delicious and fresh. Lake Pan has the best and clean fresh oil. Went to another Hardee's and their chicken was no where as good. You could tell the oil was nasty and they even admitted the oil was dirty. The store is clean and the employees and pleasant. read more

No employees to take your order Don't stop here Waste of time All employees gone Just go to the next exit read more

Very rude employees! The ac fan is so loud outside in drive through they can't even hear you. The the want to be rude because they misunderstood you. Also place is dirty and food is not good! read more

Despite the 2 star rating, we stopped for breakfast. I was surprised to see employees there after reading they were all gone. Biscuits were good and quick. RV parking was helpful for us. read more

Terrible customer service! There was a tornado warning in the area so I stopped here to seek shelter and I even purchased food and after I sat down one of the employees sarcastically asked me if I noticed the dining room was closed and I explained about the tornado warning and I was seeking shelter. She just rolled her eyes at me and walked away! They can't possibly be concerned with COVID bc nobody had masks or gloves on. She just didn't want to do more work than she had to. People's true colors come out. Ridiculous. Hardee's better hope nothing happens to me or my family will be suing their ass! So rude and disrespectful! Do better Hardee's to train your employees right to treat customers the way they want to be treated. read more

Drive thru experience- went for breakfast and have to say it was very quick got home and everything was delicious and correct :)

I just went through the drive through in lake Panasoffkee and ordered a chocolate shake with no whip cream and a hamburger. I got a milk shake with too much milk and no ice cream and a chs burger that had been sitting for over an hour gureenteed. I won't be coming back through here anymore. read more

Horrible service and they NEVER get the order right.... not even when they pull you up to wait on "fresh chicken " order is still wrong. Managers are rude and have no clue how to run a restaurant. The only reason this place is open is because they are one of the very few food options in little ole lake pan read more

Absolutely disgusting. Stopped in to change a flat tire. Went to the bathroom, which was filthy, saw Hardee's employee run into the bathroom, urinate all over the toilet seat (two urinals were open), then left WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. This was on 9/4/15 around 8pm. read more

The food was typical for a Hardee's, the tenders were delicious and juicy. The fries were crispy and hot from the fryer. I rated this Hardee's a 3 star because of the lack of customer service. The cashiers were unfriendly and inattentive. We came In a group of three and we were all getting our own thing. The cashier asked to take our order and we said we were still browsing the menu and needed a minute. A couple minutes later a different cashier takes our first friends order. Both cashiers then walk away without letting the rest of us order. We try to get their attention but they tell us to go sit down and they'll bring out our order. We finally order our last 2 meals and sit down. The cashier brings out our food and slams it onto the table and walks away without saying a word. Definitely could use a lesson or two on customer service! read more

Very dirty, the floor and walls look like they haven't been clean in a very long time. Bathroom is shared with a subway and a convenience store and is disgustingly dirty as well! Was traveling through from Colorado and haven't been to a Hardee's in a over 15, I was very excited to eat there again but was disappointed. read more

Wow, 30 minutes in the drive through? Food was cold... AVOID THIS DISASTER If you are trying to buy gas while you are here, forget it. Pumps never work. read more

So so on food. Biscuits and gravy usually good. Most employees just there for check. Scowling seems their best attribute.
