When there's no one in line inside and there's no people in the drive-thru but me...when you say you're going to do something for me, PLEASE DO! What am I talking about? They have a new "sandwich" at Hardee's which is the Honey Maple Glazed chicken and it's between two pieces of waffle. Forgive me for saying this, but I greatly DISLIKE waffles, period. So I simply asked if there were any way to put it between two buns and the girl said since there's no one waiting anywhere, she'd do that for me. I didn't want the mayo or any thing else on it besides the honey maple glaze. What did I get? A tiny lil chicken filet with NOTHING on it at all. No glaze, NOTHING. What the hell did I just get charged for? An "HB chicken sandwich PLAIN" according to my receipt, which is NOT what was discussed. They have onion rings, but they're your typical store bought onion rings. They simply do not compare to those fabulous onion rings they have at the Burger Barn in Hawthorne! first and foremost, they don't wear gloves or hair nets. The floor and tables are disgusting. They are breathing and coughing all over the food. Been awhile since I had a Hardee's burger so I went and got one, what happened to the meat?? Used to be so delicious and thick, now it's a processed flat piece of flavored cardboard like all of the wannabe burger chains. Really looked forward to a good thick burger but got junk. I'm done. Sorry to have to tell you that the quality of the food isn't even close to what you had last year, go back to the thick burger you had and you might make it. I ordered 2 1/4 pound hamburgers and the Texas toothpicks. The toothpicks were good but the container they came in was only 1/2 full. The burgers were so overloaded with mayo, ketchup and mustard I had to scrape them off. I don't eat American cheese, so I had to scrap that off too. The girl working there just played on the floor when we walked in, with hardees bags scattered everywhere on the greasy floor. They are going to be used for customers. It took her 4 minutes to say be right with you. No one in the drive thru, no one else in the restaurant. 6 ppl working that day that We ordered, employees just standing around eating. We ordered, she said they didn't have steak house burger anymore, then they said if you up size your meal to large now, you just get a large drink, not large onion rings, or fries. And that they only come small now, which had a total of 5 onion rings in the container. They don't have big chicken strips anymore, just small ones. They don't do the 6 taco box half hard, half soft anymore. Have to order that separate. And if you order off there so called value menu, if you order a small $1.99 hamburger, they have to ask if you want it 1/3 pound, or half pound for the $6.99. Its freaking INSANE!!!!!! They had no sweet tea made. The ppl there look like they haven't bathed in months. Black teeth, missing teeth. Standing there all spaced out like on drugs. I went to Hardee's and ordered a drink. Half lemonade, half unsweet tea. They said they can't do it because they "don't have a button for it." That is absolutely ridiculous. You mean to tell me you have cups, lemonade, and ice tea, but you can't fill the cup halfway with one and halfway with another?? If the lemonade is more expensive, just charge me for a full lemonade and make half of it tea. How is this so hard to understand? The drink is called an Arnold Palmer, and you can get it anywhere in America, except for the Hardee's in Keystone. I would love to know why. read more

Some stories in 2018 are just so hard to believe until it actually happens to you or someone very close to you. Yesterday morning March 5, 2018 my cousin visited this location to pickup breakfast due being hungry of course and we've grown up eating Hardee's. She ordered a Frisco Melt breakfast sandwich and when she returned to her car she checked her order to find out that the cheese on the sandwich wasn't melted. Well...that's one of the main things that you expect on this sandwich is for the cheese to be melted hints the name Frisco Melt. She returned into the restaurant and spoke with the cashier to inform her that the cheese was not melted. The young lady unwrapped the sandwich with her bare hands and then passed the sandwich to another young lady whom also touched the sandwich with bare hands and proceeded to throw it into the microwave. My cousin informed the young lady at the front that she no longer wanted that sandwich but instead a new one and from there an argument began about something as simple as melted cheese. My cousin even asked her why she was arguing with her a customer about her preference of her cheese on her sandwich being melted as opposed to looking like a cold cut sandwich from subway. Well....a simple request turned ugly very quickly and the young lady in the front had a friend in the store who jumped into the conversation in a very very very aggressive manner as well as the man she was with telling her that they would give her $20 to get the F bomb out of the store. 3 people attacking the only African American woman in this backwoods store and speaking to her as if she was trash or a dog not even a manager to intercede. It's 2018 and this shouldn't happen this day and age and corporate should definitely visit this location because Franchise or not there are still a company culture/guidelines in which they need to be held accountable to. This location needs training in diversity and sensitivity or just to be shut down if unable to abide by. I write this because the acronym that this company "stands by" STARS was a big FAIL and I will continue to share this with everyone until the district does more than just listen to an audio, take action which is needed because her money is just as green as anyone else that steps foot into this place. Shamefully deceptive drive-through!!! I requested a small size on a combo meal. The drive through operator proceeded to change from small to large at the very last minute and stated "if the order on your screen is correct then your total will be..." pausing for a moment while the screen reflected the small order and price, then switching to the large order and price while stating the new total. read more

The so called manager kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I even tried to explain to her that I was hearing impaired and if she would let me speak I would tell her what I wanted.
