I love the fresh to order food. My order has never been wrong. And the friendliness of the employees are always such a delight.

Stopped here along our travels. The service was quick. The food was prepared well and was good. Staff were friendly.

Staff need to learn how some people with a keychain that shows a free frosty when you get a free frosty. means the cashier needs to not say "Well order online" while walking away. There's a reason someone's standing at the register. read more

Went thru the drive thru on a Monday afternoon recently and was pleasantly surprised to have speedy service and hot food. My sandwich was tasty; the fries were great! Horrible service. The cashier didn't act like she knew what was going on. Would take one order then get real nervous trying to get that order on a tray. Then would come back and take another order. I ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap. I understand that they were having trouble with their supplier for lettuce, but would think that something called a ranch wrap would at least have the ranch dressing on it. All that was in the wrap was a little chicken and lots of cheese. Fries were cold. Threw them and most of the wrap away. Waste of money. read more

I was greeted right away and told they would be taking care of me. Then they helped with my order. The food arrived quickly. They offered and provided me with a drink carrier, which was very helpful since it was a take out order. The store and bathroom was clean. I did not find ketchup packets at the self service area. The other thing I notices was that the straws were not by the drinks but on the other side of the store. That was inconvenient and confusing. read more

Ordered a Biggie Bag. Asked what flavor sauce for the nuggets. Replied Buffalo Sauce. Then told that Buffalo Sauce would be a $1 upcharge, Yeah Wendy's you can keep your damn Buffalo Sauce and everything else. I'll be keeping my money...at least not spending it there. literally the best fast food restaurant you can eat at that uses fresh ingredients. Truly, the restaurants always clean you get the crispy, lettuce and tomatoes on your sandwich. Ordered 2 Apple Pecan Salads. Would have been good, but I thought an Apple Pecan Salad would have pecans, guess they fooled me. Glad we were eating them at home because we got one knife and one fork. As usual the Wendy's crew has disappointed again. realize I'm the fool that keeps going there,maybe the optimist in me that they just might get better. I put my order in on the app as usual,but am always asked to park and wait......why? I have placed my order and paid.Why would the order be started only makes sense. But my visit tonight was me waiting Soo long parked,two vehicles pulled up gave their order and were served first.Them I'm told my order was given to someone else,mine had to be made FRESH not made fresh it was lukewarm when I got home just live a few miles away. Managers and owners should at least think of their bottom line,what if the person that received my 15 dollar ordered 5 dollars of food now they have to remake my order...you lost 10 dollars. Not my first complaint there nothing changes so if you don't care about your customers,realize your crew is cheating your location maybe that will want you to improve things.Thanks again for a disappointed visit and lukewarm food! read more

Another order another sub par performance, I understand checking orders but having to go item by item and unwrapping everything to make sure they got the order right? Especially when paying 20 dollars for fast food burgers and fries. Order large baconator meal , and a chicken sandwich meal gave us a junior baconator. Very pricey for very mediocre food! We picked up a grilled chicken sandwich and large milkshake a couple of days ago. We were shocked at how expensive this small meal was for $20.00. We got no extras! Just a sandwich and frosty. The large frosty was very small, and the sandwich was wilting and had an OLD taste. WILL NEVER RETURN! read more

Staff is pretty friendly, but the wait for food is too much of a lengthy time. Sunday afternoons are especially busy because everyone's here for lunch & that makes the wait even worse. On other days, they are a bit quicker, but on this day there wait was ridiculous. read more

OK, high marks for fast food, quality, customer friendly service, and cleanliness for our local Wendy's next door west of the CVS on SR100 in Keystone Heights, Florida. Ordering the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, I was disappointed it came with a plain bun and "Homestyle" chicken instead of grilled. They offered to redo my order to my complete satisfaction but I didn't want to waste food. Looking later at the Wendy's website, I found that the Asiago was prepared according to their prescribed sandwich procedures. My mistake was noticing the "display menu" in the restaurant showing hamburger items with the plain buns and the chicken sandwiches with Multigrain buns. So, be informed how your meal is prepared if changes are NOT requested. read more
