I bought me and my coworker a breakfast sandwich meals and they were both cold same thing with the hash browns. Coffee was Luke warm, makes me mad when you spend a $20 for breakfast and you end up throwing the food away. This is the second time at this location this has happened, I will not be back! read more

Hardee's in my opinion has the best breakfast biscuit in town. Went by this morning and they were hit and fresh. Also very fast. The building is old but still be best biscuit in grand bay. It was hot and fresh. The manager on duty in the morning seemed to be running a tight ship. Drive through and eat in counters were moving well. I love to see an active manager handing customers and running food out to the drive through. The bathrooms do need work but over all was happy with my breakfast read more

I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches without the meal at the drive thru. At the window I noticed the price was for two of the meals. I mention it and a lady in the back who I would assume took our order said I asked for 3 sandwiches. The math didn't work out either way even with tax. She corrected the order then I was charged higher than the price should have been again. So the math goes 2 sandwiches at 3.59 equals 7.18 before 10% tax so 7.90 should have been the price then 3 sandwiches came to 11.90 but I was charged 9.08 for the 2 sandwiches. Something didn't add up but since I was in a rush I just paid and left. The man at the window looked confused while the lady changed my order and it didn't seem to make her happy that I mentioned anything. I also never saw a 3rd sandwich removed from the bag of food that was already made when i reached the window. I feel as if they thought I was a fool who didn't know what he asked for and don't understand why they would try to trick me. I usually love this store and go in a few times a week. Every person working here was dragging or asleep. I waited 15 minutes for someone to finally make my milk shake. The girl working there, she was kicking the huge bucket of ice across the floor(customer order area) and she spilled it all over the floor and then just stood there. A male employee came and cleaned up the ice. I will hope to never ever pass this way again. Maybe it was just a off day. Can't say for sure. read more

They constantly give out their large straws with small and medium drinks. So if you eat there, and decide to go "large", just know you will probably get a small straw that will not reach the bottom of the drink. Food is good though, which makes up for a sometimes long wait. read more

Out west, we have Carl's Jr which has virtually the same menu except we don't have hot dogs or ham sandwiches. I'm not entirely sure the burgers are the same as Carl's Jr. I actually think the Hardee burger was gross, like this dry grey thing with divets. I didn't finish it. I later had the new Nathan's cheeseburger at Vegas airport and that was by far so much better. My favorite fast food burger is Five Guys. Y'all in the South, In'n'Out is not that great. Ain't bad but overated. Five Guys from Washington DC is awesome. Sorry to say, Hardee's is gross. The reason I always wanted to taste a Hardee's is that when I was a kid I followed Cale Yarborough (NASCAR) and he had a big ol' Hardee's logo on his car. read more

The grossest Hardee's I have ever been to. Bathroom was absolutely appalling. Only one stall was available, but had no toilet paper. Raw sewage water all over the floor along with paper and bags of trash. No soap either. I told the cashier and she could not have cared less. She did not attend to anything. The two women working were obnoxious and rude to me, They weren't using the register by the window and taking care of my order across from the front restaurant counter register made it difficult to understand them, I was rushed and cursed at "she said it was to @#$% early in the morning for this" (only thing I really heard) and I was 3rd car in line, no one behind me and no one eating inside, early on a sunday heading to work myself, the outside ordering board is falling apart and I was having trouble ordering but that's no reason to be ugly to me, I have been upset about it, I was treated bad, and I have been telling my family, friends, and co workers of my experience. Got the gravy biscuits, to thick and it had lumpy white spots in it, didn't eat it, just really disappointed in how bad this place has gotten and it had been a long time since I had ate here, will be shut down like so many others! read more

The young lady working the window was very nice and helpful but, obviously upset. When I began to ask her if she was ok, a woman came around from the back and started barking orders at her. I asked who the person was and was told it was the manager, "Alicia." (Walker, I think.) The clerk was getting the sauce I asked for - ranch dressing for my 2 salads, honey mustard and ketchup for my fries and onion rings, when the manager barked, "She didn't get any nuggets, so she doesn't need all that sauce." I finally got the manager's attention, and asked her if there was a problem with me getting the sauces that I requested and she, dismissively, said, "Doesn't matter now, you've already got them!" I asked her if there was something wrong with that, she ignored me. I asked her to come to the window, she refused. I asked her name, 4 times, she finally said "Alicia." I asked for her last name, numerous times, she finally said, "I don't HAVE to give you my last name, my nametag just says "Alicia." I said, you're not even wearing a nametag; she just walked away. I told her I'd like to speak to her for a minute and she yelled from halfway across the room, "We on drive-thru time now." I said, "No, we're on my time now, and I'd like to speak with you." She just turned her back. I kept calling her name and asking her to come to the window, (I took her picture with my phone, so I could show the owner, she started dancing and acting like a fool,) when I asked her again to come speak with me, she came over and shut the drive-through window in my face. I have called the number listed for complaints 850-304-4059 4 times, answering machine, no return call. I believe I'll pay them a visit, inside the store, where the "manager" will have trouble running away from a customer's complaint. read more
