I chose to go inside, and by the time I got my food and was heading out, both the lobby and the drive-thru were completely cleared out. That kind of speed during a rush is definitely worth mentioning. The bathrooms were clean, and my food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were very small (which seems to be an ongoing trend at Zaxby's), but still tasted good. One thing I did notice and it stood out as a safety concern was that there were several areas of standing water around the lobby. They had the white caution signs out, but it still seemed like a pretty big slipping hazard, especially for anyone moving quickly or not paying close attention. Overall, it was a solid experience: fast service, clean restrooms, hot food. Just be careful walking through the lobby and Zaxby's, please give those tenders a little more love!

It was in rough shape, with splattered soap all over the vanity area and generally poor cleanliness. It was unpleasant enough that it would make me hesitate to bring my wife or family here unless that situation improves.
