Best of all, he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to help them and give them the highest quality medical care. His nurses and the office staff are friendly, helpful and organized - which is actually not that common - so this is a great perk as well! The office is very clean and everything seems professional. A neat perk is that they have a pharmacy kiosk right in their office so that you can get your prescriptions right then and there which is amazing and so convenient not having to drive to a pharmacy - especially if you're feeling ill! I have been searching for a top notch primary care doctor since I moved to Orange County over a decade ago and I couldn't find anyone truly outstanding (so I kept switching after bad or lackluster experiences) and so I turned once again to Yelp, and although he didn't have many reviews, all of Dr Wong's reviews were 5-stars so I decided to make an appointment and I'm soooooo glad I did because Dr Wong is even better than the primary care doctor I had up in LA who was also outstanding but what sets Dr Wong as even better is that you can just feel how much he cares and wants to help you. His empathy and compassion are really next level. When you add that to him being extremely smart and super well versed in all of the gold standard plus latest medical practices he is truly the best of the best! I have only great things to say about Dr. Wong and highly recommend him! He's best in class!

The rashes were so itchy that it kept her up all night and made her so sleep deprived during the day. She visited both her primary care doctor and a dermatologist, but unfortunately, the medications they prescribed didn't bring any relief. That changed when she saw Dr. Young. From the moment he looked at her rashes, he seemed to know exactly what was going on. He diagnosed her quickly and confidently, and the treatment he prescribed worked almost immediately. The rashes improved significantly after the first night. My mom finally experienced relief after weeks of discomfort and frustration. Dr. Young's expertise, attentiveness, and quick action made a world of difference. The doctor also seems to only care and focus on financials. The level of care is below average as you are only there 10 minutes and lucky enough to see the doctor more than 10 minutes. You feel you're in the kettle farm yo be seen by a vet. Most people that I know used to be part of this practice are leaving or have left. The biggest challenge with this office is lack of trained and professional staff and that's due to the new uneducated untrained racist office manager. Please avoid this office at any cost.

Plus, their offices weren't very responsive or helpful. She had been concerned about the drive to Irvine since she doesn't live in OC, but after meeting him today about a list of issues, she walked out feeling empowered and happy to be in some expert hands. I went with her to her appointment so I was there to see how he treated her. He asked her questions, listened to her answers, and carefully examined her as if she were his own mom. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that level of care and patience. Now my mom can't stop talking about how amazing Dr. Mikhail is -- she said that all her other doctors have never been so thorough. For instance, she has had breathing issues the last few years yet no one had ever had her do a breathing test to figure out the cause. Dr. Mikhail quickly got a test ready for her, then diagnosed and treated the issue. I can't thank Dr. Mikahil enough for all these years of outstanding service, expertise, and kindness. He is the kind of doctor that won't run batteries of tests on you unless it's actually called for. I now live 50 miles away from his office and will still make the drive down to see him. I've recommended a number of friends and colleagues to him throughout the years and they all agree that Dr. Mikhail is hands-down the BEST internist around. We are SO LUCKY to be his patients! P.S. Dr. Mikhail's office is WONDERFUL. They are on top of everything and are smart, patient, sweet, and always helpful.

They didnt even try to type out the link on the browser or anything because never got a notification that someone was requesting access to the link. They just looked at the link and said no come in with a hard copy we're not going to bother with the link. Rudest and most inconsiderate response and handling of a patient records. I have never had a doctor so lazy and ignore my health needs like this doctor. And his staff are extremely rude and condescending and rush you off the phone every time. This doctor didnt look at the blood work at all. Other doctors saw my blood work and recommended things based off my family history because they saw things that concerned them. And when I went back to ask him about it and to look at my labs again and order extra testing because of this condition that runs in my family, he literally dropped me as a patient and said "there's a problem with our doctor-patient relationship." This guy is joke and he doesn't even answer questions. If god forbid you have a question, he actually gets annoyed if you ask him too many questions. He is very impatient, lazy, not thorough, and gives off an atmosphere that he hates his job. The 5 star reviews in here are fake trust me.
