For all of you fitness buffs who also love Rocky, this is definitely the training gym for you. Originally a hospital, the gym has two floors (weights, etc on the 1st and karate/boxing on the 2nd) out of 4 floors total. It was recently sold to a family friend of the original owner who passed away. There are a LOT of renovations in the making, but don't let that stop you from trying it out! You'll never wait for a machine...and who doesn't love that! I will most definitely be back to check on renovation progress. This place has charm and history that can't be bought. read more

Only went here because Alma used to train me and MIL but now I have switched gyms because new owner is rude and bipolar when it comes to rules and regulations. Gym smells like mildew. The vents need to be cleaned and the gym could use a remodel and cleaning. Even the ceiling looks like it's slowly starting to cave in . Equipment is older, only benefit is that it's a monthly subscription and it's always empty.‍ read more
