Bad experience. I'll go to Urban Integrity in Red Bluff, as I hear they are nice and do good work. Edit: I hardly think a polite "thank you" is considered "gruff" in anyone's book. My problem was not so much what he said, though it was clear he didn't want to do the work for me, my problem was, as I said, his brusque and condescending manner.

He says "the original is always a better way to go." I tell him that she didn't say that even though I asked. Then I asked if they can redo it at no charge.... (I mean it only took like a minute to do it.) and he said "no, we'll have to charge you again." so they've lost a customer because they didn't want to do a simple little re-do even though it was their fault and should've been done again at no charge.
