Hard Drive solved my computer problem and provided great customer service, all at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

I've gone to Hard Drive a few times. Once was to repair a virus, once to clean up my computer and make it run more efficiently. Most recently, I went to Kitt for advice on purchasing a new laptop. Kitt spent a lot of time working with me and explaining to me the newer features of computers. He did not charge me for the advice. Once I had purchased my new laptop, Kitt helped me set up my new computer and moved my files from the old laptop to the new one. Kitt has always been courteous and most helpful. His fees are reasonable and I have always been very satisfied with his work. I will continue to go to Hard Drive whenever I have computer problems.
