So I ask, "which is better, the picture on the phone or the original picture in the car?" she says "picture on your phone is ok, just email it to me"....so I emailed it to her and then I wait while she prints it. I go home and I get the original picture out of the car and notice that the one she printed is not as sharp as the original.... so I call the owner of the store. He says "the original is always a better way to go." I tell him that she didn't say that even though I asked. Then I asked if they can redo it at no charge.... (I mean it only took like a minute to do it.) and he said "no, we'll have to charge you again." so they've lost a customer because they didn't want to do a simple little re-do even though it was their fault and should've been done again at no charge.

I was completely devastated that I'd lose all my files (I'm a musician and I do digital art) It did take them a while (a little over a month) but I knew there were 4 customers ahead of me and it was Christmas time during the pandemic. I patiently waited and I called every week to check up on the process which they were gladly taking my calls even though I was anxious that I was calling too much - they told me to call as many times as I needed to. When I finally got my laptop back, I was ecstatic to find out that they were able to save almost all of my files (no lost music or pictures)! I figured it was going to cost me close to $300 but it was just under $200. I would highly recommend them for computer repair.
