They were extremely friendly and didn't take the mickey too much at all. They also install safes and security systems. Their prices were a lot cheaper than most of the quotes that first came in so if it happens again (which it will) then we'll be phoning them straight away.

Stupidly I dropped a lock off to them at a later date, was told 3 days to do.... just shy of THREE WEEKS it was done, no phonecall to explain the delay. Just simply disorganised, or they just dont care. If you want good service then go elsewhere, if you are in need of something urgently then go elsewhere. If you want a good overall price, go elsewhere.
