When I first arrived, they gave me a parking spot, which was already taken by someone else. They attempted three more times to provide me with a spot, but someone already had it every single time. It took seven months until they gave me a parking spot, but someone else already parked it in! They gave me a towing card, and the next day, the guy damaged my car. MITCH DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. unprofessional behavior of trying to understand the situation or provide reasonable support. Also, we had a furnished apartment. We asked Mitch if we could remove several items when we moved in. She said yes, and we provided a list. On move-in day, nothing was removed! Also, one of the chairs was reeked with piss. The floors were really dirty, and the dirt stained my pants when I was building furniture. On top of this situation. It always smells terrible in the parking lot and in the main lobby. They never fixed the AC inside. Homeless people use the pool. There is a consistent breakdown of the washing machines, but the mechanic is really nice. There is always an elevator broken down. A good few weeks with no hot water. Don't trust Mitch, if she's still there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called "maintenance man" at these condos is a disgrace…read moreto the profession. Instead of doing his job, he spends the majority of his day sitting idly in his truck, parked on the property like a permanent fixture. Requests for repairs or basic upkeep are routinely ignored or brushed off. The gate is broken time and time again without any improvement. The trees are overgrown onto the stairs. The elevators smell like dirty mop. But far worse than his laziness is his behavior. Multiple tenants have witnessed him acting suspiciously around parked vehicles, and some have even reported acts of vandalism shortly after interactions with him. Scratches, Stickers on the windows causing permanent damage to the car. Worst of all the maintenance man walks around like he owns the place. This is not just unprofessional--it's threatening. Tenants deserve to feel safe where they live, and this man's presence does the opposite. His job title may be "maintenance," but he contributes nothing positive to the property. If you can avoid living here and dealing with the hassle of the maintenance and avoid your car being damaged by on site staff. I would certainly run away especially since you are paying a pricey HOA fee for no amenities. Be aware. My car is now filled with scratches due to the stickers they placed on my car window so my guest could use my parking since it was closer.

We've been here for a year now. Turns out the roaches are just a summer thing, like most bugs are…read more They went away once Fall and Winter came around. It's September now so they're back again BUT they're not in our unit FINGERS CROSSED. We haven't seen any inside this year. After a year I can say the honest truth about this place is that, as owners, we pay way too much in HOA fees for what we get which is lackluster (to say the least) landscaping and infrastructure that is getting very, very old. I guess that's why our fees are so high ($325/month WTFFFFF). No pool or gym or amenities of any kind. All of the money goes toward repairs at this point. We just finished a $700/unit special assessment for roof repairs. Apparently, people had waterfalls into their houses during the last rainy season. So temporarily we were paying $425+/month......criminy... We love our unit and our neighbors because it really is very quiet here and our unit is remodeled. People here aren't annoying. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and is generally considerate. There is trash and litter around the grounds sometimes, which is disgusting, but overall people are ok. The biggest issue day to day is people not using the dumpsters correctly. It's a main topic in every monthly newsletter. Bulk trash items are often just put out in the parking lot area rather than following proper bulk pick up protocol with the trash people. They dump their bulk items and leave it for someone else to deal with. People are very inconsiderate when no one is watching. It's mind-boggling at times.

Before I met the man himself, I've only been hearing his name here and there and my parents were making some progress into buying the home. My mom spent over a year looking for our first single family home (coming from a town house unit), and finally found one with a design that fits our needs and within our price range. There are many steps involved in purchasing a home, and Mark made everything straightforward, simple, and with a feeling of integrity behind every word; which, of course, we know how to be the correct feeling. This home was a newly built home, and we saw how it progressed. To give an example on accommodations, they altered the house build (within reason) to a preference closer to what we wanted. And of course, gave credit to us for anything we decided to do ourselves (such as flooring). Every step of the way was explained to us, from the build to the transfer of ownership. Him and his company made buying a home a lot less overwhelming than it would initially seem. Mark is a person we don't just see as a seller of this home, but now as a friend with real integrity. We look forward to working with him in the future, and would recommend his company, as well as himself, to our friends.

Peggy Rose takes the time to understand my needs so that we may dial in and achieve goals. She communicates in a clear and effective manner, walks me through the home buying/selling process and can drive transactions. She was particularly helpful to me when selling my condominium. Peggy Rose ensured repairs, upgrades, staging and etc. were on track. She demonstrates flexible strategies and closed my property well above my expected sale price. I am currently in the process of buying a property with Peggy Rose and am excited to see where I land.

She's very responsive to any emails or texts, she kept me informed on what to expect, and took the time to make sure any questions I had were answered. Having used other real estate agents in the past some have not been so responsive or helpful. Peggy also has connections to great people who do great work at a cheap price. She supplied the deep cleaners, the stagers, the handyman to fix up things that needed repairing and a photographer who all did amazing work at a cheap price (notice I didn't say reasonable because the prices were better than reasonable). There were some unforeseen hiccups with the sale of my home that were found during the inspection. Peggy was on it. The next day she had people out to my residence getting the problem remedied and she stayed on top of it until the problem was fixed. My place was sold for way over asking. So you can bet I'll be calling Peggy with any future real estate transactions I have, and that I'll be referring all my friends and family her way. If you want a real estate agent that treats your sale/purchase like it's their own, Peggy is your agent!
