His first year was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. Then RSI pulled out of seaside. They had a different director every year, a different curriculum every 6 months to a year, and around 6+ teachers left every year after our initial wonderful year. This school is struggling to figure out who it wants to be- do they want to be trilingual or do they want to be Montessori. Whatever they want to be, they don't tell all the parents about it. Positives: the teachers who have been with seaside the past few years are very nice Negatives: New directors every year, which meant a new curriculum and new vibe every year The administration who controls the directors did not have anything in place to keep the school afloat such as policies and procedures When I tried to reach out to admins (Ms Perla is particularly terrible at communication) to ask them questions, I go no response for well over a year. It should not take a year to tell parents the answer to simple questions. Last year's director screamed in children's faces and while a number of us complained about the discipline, the admins did nothing. Nada. I understand from a recent parent meeting we recently attended that state licensing is involved and they told parents licensing might reach out to parents and/or ask our children questions. Overall, if you're looking for your average school to keep your kid alive until 5pm this is fine. If you're looking for an advanced education, I would not recommend it.

The teachers are genuinely caring, patient, and attentive -- you can tell they love what they do. We use both the before- and after-care programs, and it has been a huge relief to know she's in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment throughout the day. She is always coming home with new art projects, songs, and even little bits of Chinese and Spanish she's picked up alongside her English! It's incredible to see how much she is learning in such a joyful, play-based way. The other families are really lovely too -- even just from quick interactions at pickup and drop-off, there's a real sense of community here. If you're looking for a preschool that balances warmth, structure, and fun with an enriching curriculum, I highly recommend Seaside Costa Mesa. We are so grateful we found them!

Both our daughters' teacher are incredibly loving and dedicated, teaching with care across culture, reading, and mathematics while building confidence and curiosity. We also appreciate the leadership team, who create a warm and inclusive environment by celebrating birthdays, first days, and special milestones, making every child feel important. Gaowa truly feels like a caring community, and we highly recommend it to families looking for a school that genuinely supports children's development and happiness.

We were immediately impressed by the beautiful campus, and how clean everything was. We were so confident in what we saw that we put down a deposit that day, and our son started the following spring when he was two years old. Gaowa has been an incredible place for him. They nurtured his natural curiosity and love of learning, especially when it came to reading and math. He was reading before he turned four, and I truly believe his teachers played a huge role in fostering his love of reading, even bringing in chapter books just for him. When our son was four, we went through a period where he was having some behavioral challenges. Instead of blaming him or us, or making him feel like he was a "problem child," the teachers worked alongside us to give us tools to help him. They approached the situation with patience, compassion, and genuine care, and I'm incredibly thankful for the way they supported our family during that time. We put our daughter on the waitlist before she was even born. She attends Gaowa now, and we've made the decision to keep her there for TK instead of moving her to public school because the education and nurturing environment are exceptional. The teachers genuinely care about the children. They know each child as an individual and create an environment where kids feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. Like any newer school, Gaowa experienced some growing pains in the beginning. There was more staff turnover than we would have liked during those early years. However, through all of that, the quality of the education remained outstanding, and over time the school has become much more stable. If you're looking for a Montessori school that provides a strong academic foundation while also nurturing independence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning, I highly recommend Gaowa!

This is not a good school when it comes to assessment tests ( Which not simply testing whether your kids can communicate back and forth or not) for a kindergarten level. I feel like I got scam, they should have made a video to talk about the assessment tests, warnings for the parents to consider. I don't think the kids will be happy learning anything here. This place is all about money and intense competitions. The era of AI will eliminate these corrupted educations, absolutely bring no values to the kids. Parents nowadays are too busy and think paying a lot means good results.

There is one teacher for every ten kids in the classroom, allowing for individual attention. Any behavioral problems are quickly addressed and resolved in a constructive manner that equips students with tools to handle future conflicts. I hate to admit this, but when I compare the way Pegasus first graders interact during free play to the way his public school friends interact, I see a dramatic difference. Pegasus kids are problem solvers; they calm conflicts and seek solutions. Maybe it's a selection bias at the admissions level, but in the end, who cares? I'm proud of my child on the playground and of what he has learned academically. Fingers crossed this continues in his future experiences.

The ignorance displayed by Ms. Giuliana about the disease was insulting, she even asked me to consider enrolling my child at her school once the disease is "cured". Bottom line: children with medical needs are not welcome here because their medical needs are an "inconvenience" to the staff and other children in the school.

It's a bittersweet milestone as she has known MVP as her school since before she could talk. This is more than a school, it's a place where you feel like you can build your community with long tenured teachers and families. With only 1 class per age level, you really get to know all the other children and teachers so well! There are opportunities throughout the year to get involved- trunk or treat, thanksgiving potluck, Easter egg hunt, mothers and Father's Day picnics, holi color festival and so much more! They also are open pretty much year round, except major holidays which is so great for working parents to have dependable year round childcare. My daughter is more than ready to enter TK thanks to the thoughtful emotional, social, and academic education she has been exposed to at Mesa Verde Preschool. We love the artwork she brings home each week and the relationships she's building with her peers and teachers. It takes a village to raise a child and they are rocking it! The trunk or treat event for Halloween was also a blast. I would 100% recommend this daycare to friends and other parents. We're happy we found MVP!

At the time, they had an outstanding kindergarten program where he learned to read right away. Today, he is in the GATE program and continues to thrive academically. When it came time to find a preschool for my daughter, I only needed care two days a week. Ms. Christine and Mrs. Jodi were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to find a schedule that fit our family's needs. We now live a little farther away, but I am more than willing to make the drive because I completely trust them. Ms. Christine and Mrs. Jodi are warm, kind, and genuinely care about every child. They teach strong Christian values, good character, and create a loving environment where children feel safe and supported. Another thing I appreciate is that they prepare their own meals, which gives the school such a personal, family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend Huntington Valley Preschool to any family looking for a caring, faith-based preschool with dedicated teachers who truly invest in their students.
