Products are hit or miss and most of the staff isn't quite sure on its quality. I've come home with some solid flower for $30ish and inversely purchased $50+ flower full of stems and seeds. Customer service is overall pretty good. I like the front desk staff and most the bud tenders, but like I said, it's hard to get guidance on good vs bad. No kidding, when asking what was top shelf vs low shelf.. I was told " this isn't California or Colorado". Legit the most insulting thing to be told when asking your bud tender for a recommendation on top vs low shelf. There's a difference mam, especially with your dispensary. Florida seems to have a customer service issue when it comes to budtenders. Maybe they need to be paid better or provided with some better incentives or maybe a law that says only experts can sell.. medicine. Most the employees are better suited for a fast food joint or retail outlet where customer service doesn't really matter.
