Overall, this dispensary will get you a decent variety of quality products. Just make sure you press your budtenders for legitimacy. Often, I come in and depending on who's behind the counter in the back, am treated with a "type" of customer experience. Products are hit or miss and most of the staff isn't quite sure on its quality. I've come home with some solid flower for $30ish and inversely purchased $50+ flower full of stems and seeds. Customer service is overall pretty good. I like the front desk staff and most the bud tenders, but like I said, it's hard to get guidance on good vs bad. No kidding, when asking what was top shelf vs low shelf.. I was told " this isn't California or Colorado". Legit the most insulting thing to be told when asking your bud tender for a recommendation on top vs low shelf. There's a difference mam, especially with your dispensary. Florida seems to have a customer service issue when it comes to budtenders. Maybe they need to be paid better or provided with some better incentives or maybe a law that says only experts can sell.. medicine. I tried Fluent after having left for a few years. The reason I tried them again was that their vapes had the highest percentage of THC in this area. They beat Cannabist and Curaleaf both. The prices are competitive (averaged with their competition). So far, they've got my business, but in the Brevard County area, you'd be wise to comparison shop. I used to love this place. They always had product and the people were great. The indica tincture was best around. For months on end, none in stock. No indication when it would be in. No guidance what so ever on timing. Unfortunately had to say my final goodbyes. I would of given 5 stars a year ago. Now, I stopped wasting my time after 40 plus calls. I can't use inhalation products so my only option was two strains of tincture. So many options available in the county now. In addition, the bottles are $15 more for the same amount of product. Do your research and find a better less expensive spot. Check out MUV. They have tons of product on hand. Their bottles are $65 and they just had a 30% off sale....net $46 ish. I called Fluent and ordered 2 Odra and 2 Atlas for delivery. The delivery day Fluent called to say they were 1/2 hour away but showed up in 1 1/2. My order was short one Atlas unit which the delivery team said they would bring next Friday. No problem! I took my medication inside and inspected it. The Odra was weighted exact at 7 grams but dry, the Atlas had a tampered seal and was under weight also very dry. The following Friday fluent brought the Atlas unit they owed me, it weighted out at 3.2 grams and dry. I even tipped the delivery team even though their service was terrible. Several days later I called to place my 3rd order for concentrate syringes but was told the 3rd purchase discount had to be used within 90 days of using the first one so I did not qualify. Fluent must hate to honor their own discounts. What a terrible experience! Good thing I have other choices to choose from. I'M NOT FLUENT AND DON'T WANT TO BE!
