I was very impressed. My machine was delivered in three days. Elmon and Mike came out for the delivery. They couldn't have been nicer. They called about 30 minutes before, to ensure it was a good time. They were so careful, taking out my old washing machine and bringing in my new Speed Queen. The setup was seamless. They even went above and beyond, to remove the platform I had under my old washing machine. I wanted to keep it. They showed me how to use my new washing machine and ensured I was a satisfied customer before departing. Gosh, I wish all businesses were so well run. Chris H came out to my place when nobody else would and he worked hard in the sun to get me right. Maybe 2 hours. He ran diagnostics, did some troubleshooting of his own, but couldn't find the answers. Basically, Husqvarna did away with old sim connections and I needed a 4G board. Another company had installed it but there was no connection. Chris got on the horn with Husqvarna and found out that the boards come ready in AIRPLANE MODE and the company was just finding out this info and being slow with telling this info to their authorized dealers. I'm mentioning that here in case it helps anyone with connection issues. Chris was a top notch wizard, making me an instant fan of him, his work ethic, pleasant demeanor and I'm also now a fan of J E Womble & Sons. A.

If I'm just browsing, they direct me to the correct aisle so I don't have to wander aimlessly like in Lowes or Home Depot. And if a oroduct is $1-1.50 more than the big boxes, how much is your time worth? No one at HD or Lowes will ask YOU if they can help you find something, you have to reach out to them. I passed somewhere recommended but this place had easier parking. The service here was lacking to say the least. I was brought a water then asked what I wanted to drink. Then given a few minutes to look over the menu. My food was brought out and I never saw the waitress again until 10 minutes after I finished my meal. Usually someone comes to make sure the food is ok and asks if you need anything and refills your beverage. I needed a knife as my beef tips were grizzly and not cut small enough for my liking but I was just provided a napkin with a fork inside. I am not sure if that is the norm or the knife was forgotten. I never got a knife from anyone else working there either or even a drink refill when my tea was empty. I had ordered the beef tips that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. But they also gave me salad dressing. This is one restaurant I will never return. Although it is possible I just got a lousy waitress and ordered wrong. The folks on both side of me were welcomed; told all the drinks available and they went over the menu with them.

I often…read moreshop at Burney True Value Hardware as it is convenient and I have always liked to support local businesses over the chains like Home Depot and Lowes. Today, was my FINAL shopping experience at Burney. I had purchased a few screws for a project a week or so ago and didn't need them. Today, I tried to return them and buy some more items. I thought I had the receipt in the bag but I did not seem to have it with me. I asked if I could return them without the receipt. The total for the four screws was a whopping .82. I was told that they couldn't return them without the receipt as they have hundreds of SKU numbers and they wouldn't know which one I was returning. This made logical sense until I looked at my bag a little further. The gentleman that helped me pick out the screws didn't seem to write down the SKU number on my bag! How was it rung up when I purchased it? I assume by some generic key that charged me the .82, the same generic key that could have refunded my .82! Sorry Burney you lost me for good over this one, shame on your staff!

I spoke with both Kyle and another gentlemen on the phone and they were both very polite before heading that way. When I got to the store they were quick to assist. Without me having to ask, Kyle helped me out to my car with the 75lb item and loaded it. I was told if I need an appliance in the future, let them know before I buy at Home Depot or Lowes and they should be able to beat the price. I call and ask for manager and receive air, silence. I am taking my compliant to corporate. The Sanford Lowe's location is the worst Lowe's I have ever gone to. I visited in person. Guess what no one is there not even during the hours lumber should be. They are horrible. I expect they are going to fold because how can they stay in business with so much stupidness going on there.
