I like harbor freight, I've been a costumer for a longtime, i own a local business and Im always purchasing tools and parts, we went to the store to purchased a new trailer hitch in the $130 range, we were checking the pins when another metal part from the shelve next to us fell to the floor, right away the store manager in a rude manner told us not to touch he's tools, we apologize immediately and explained it wasn't our fault, he interrupted me and told us again to don't touch he's shelve, my co worker who is disable was intimidated by this individual and felt terrible about the situation, thats what got me upset and ask the manager to please back off and was not the proper way to approach the situation to a let us finish our purchase, we immediately proceeded to the cash register to pay, and there he was again next to the register attendan staring at us , i told him that what was he's problem that we're not steeling anything and to not touch the things i already had paid for, he answered he was there to help the cash register lady not me and screamed, !!you are !! rude!!!!! I chose to stay quiet, i told him who's your manager, in an arrogant tone he answered "i'am" , I wanted to snap but i chose to be quiet. Never in harbor freight i experience this behavior from a manager im not upset with harbor freight, but I am with the individual that probably discriminated us because of our humble worker clothing. read more
