We called this week checking on it and the owner basically laughed at us and told us it was "somewhere outside" and they hadn't touched it since we dropped it off and no parts had been ordered and they didn't have time to talk to us about it. The trimmer was sitting outside in the weather the entire time it's been there and is definitely worse than it was when we dropped it off. I won't be surprised if they've completely ruined our $350 machine. Do not give these people your business, there are plenty of businesses that actually value the customer in the area. We will NEVER give these people our business again.

There are so many incredible options to choose from. We are remodeling a house right now, including floor tile, shower tile, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, as well as backsplashes. I'm also redoing two small powder baths in over-the-top fun tile, so it was fun to see the things I've been planning up close. There are still a few higher end tiles I can't get here, but they're mural tiles from a specialty collection, so I didn't really expect to see those in person. They have DIY-classes, helpful staff who can answer questions, and something for every taste and price range. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're even thinking of doing any kind of remodel. It's honestly just fun to go poke around.

I strongly advise against utilizing Great Plains Kubota in Norman for equipment service or…read morepurchases based on my recent experience. I dropped off my Zero Turn mower to have two specific issues addressed: a broken center spindle and a parking brake safety switch replacement. Unfortunately, the service department demonstrated a severe lack of organization and communication over the next three weeks: Lost Equipment: Days after dropping it off, I called for an update only to find the shop had completely lost track of my mower and had to search the lot to locate it. Inflated and Unauthorized Charges: I received an initial verbal quote of $2,000. When I demanded an itemized breakdown, the price dropped to $971, but it included a mandatory 2-hour diagnostic fee ($149/hr). Because I brought the mower in with a clearly diagnosed, isolated issue, a lengthy diagnostic charge was entirely unwarranted. No Rental Support: Despite moving to a massive new facility across the highway, they lacked a rental fleet to support customers while their machines were backlogged in service. After three weeks of zero progress, I am picking up my machine unrepaired to do the work myself, yet I am still being forced to pay for a diagnostic fee I did not authorize. Save yourself the time, money, and headache--take your farm and lawn equipment to an independent mechanic instead.
