During the delivery from manufacture to the Normal location several of the boards were damaged by the forklifts. I reported the damage to the yard supervisor. Since the damage occured in the middle of the pallet their suggestion was to return the boards as I gained access. I kept this location updated on the matter while at the job sight with details on the damage reveiled. The front desk supervisor informed me a credit would be offered. The credit details were 50% from manufacture and 50% from Forest Building Materials as per the supervisor. I've reached out numerous times via email, phone calls and physical stops at the location. Each time I was informed that since I paid cash for the order and not a credit card the refund process was difficult. I've given up and I have found a new building materials distributor.

This was obviously devastating to hear after a large expense. I would never have made the purchase had I known the risk. took a running chainsaw in to get regular maintenance on it completed. got it back missing multiple…read moreparts. the only solution they could come up with is bring it back up for them to relook at it. not to mention the $200 worth of parts they stole off the chainsaw. the Stihl "certified" tech they have here is in fact not certified by stihl and you have to ask specifically for a certified tech to work on your equipment if dropped off here.
