The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.

The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. You don't have to buy a packet, just the one bolt you need. 4. Need something but you are still in your pajamas, just pick up the phone and call, they will tell you in a short time if they have what you need and the price. 5. Store is well stocked, 6. The place is super clean and well lit. 7. Items on shelves in a logical order. 8. Aisles well marked. 9. As a former merchant, I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses first.
