The Dr. gave her a month but she lasted about 6 weeks. But during this time they gave her medication to keep her comfortable. We reached out to a few staff needing to know how to contact Stacey Larsen the vet they did not reply finally one did and sent her a message. She never contacted us about it. Monday morning her staff member contacted us complaining about us trying to reach the vet and then send us a letter saying we were Fired as clients really. You work for us treating our animals not the other way around. And then to get her pills till we see another vet she put them in her mailbox at her office and told us not to come in and wanted her money immediately. Trophy encountered a critical health emergency. I contacted TVS after hours service. Dr Ann…read morereturned my call immediately and verified she would be out. Dr Ann thoroughly examined Trophy and administered pain medication. Dr Ann explained how very critical Trophy's condition was and the only option was colic surgery at MSU. Due to Trophy's advanced age, severity of colic and acute painful condition I decided to euthanize her. Dr Ann quietly took care of Trophy. She was in kind hands. Dr Ann is exceptionally professional, knowledgable and competent - but also very kind and concerned. The peace of mind knowing Dr Ann and the other veterinarians at TVS are available for any after hours emergency - is absolutely priceless. I cannot even imagine what I would have done if Dr Ann had not come to our rescue. Thank you so much Dr Ann.

Dr. Anthony made me and my dog feel welcome and at ease evey time we visited. She actually LISTENED to what I was saying and took great care of my dog! If my dog was sick or had a procedure done, they would call me a couple days after his appointment to see how he was doing! Another plus is that they do overnight boarding. It was like doggy day camp for my dog. They allowed me to take my dog into the back when he was boarded there and the animals stayed in large, spacious kennels. The boarding facilities were impeccably clean. They would also give my dog a bath before I would come pick him up. Our family dearly misses this vet; probably the only thing we miss about Caro.
