Watch out for this guy, he goes to retirement homes and takes advantage of the elderly. Mother just…read morerecently had her roof spring a leak, so she sought help. She contacted this bearded man who came to give her a quote. He started at 2500 for a simple mobile home roof repair. When my mother would not except price he lowered it all the way down to 1275 still promising same work for same contract. He repeatedly insisted my mother not be there when he performed work. When I got off work that day I decided something was funny about the situation and decided I would stop be my mothers house. I arrived at the same time she did to find both men, a big Santa clause looking guy and a man of Hispanic decent drinking beer. When I told the man I was going to go on the roof and check he began to panic. He said I cannot go on the roof because he had put his ladder away. So I went over to my mothers shed and put a ladder next to it, climbed up and looked on the roof, he had painted the area of access to the roof so I could not go up onto the roof. So we paid him the money and decided that I would check the roof the next day. The next day when I went to check the roof, I noticed that he did a quarter of what he promised my mother, So basically $1275 to paint the perimeter of the roof and caulk a little here and a little there. To make it look like he recaulked the perimeter which he promised in contract. I highly recommend you don't use this guy. He is completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

I'm so thankful that I found Laser ReLevel Inc…read more I purchased my mobile home about a year and a half ago and at that time, I had a contractor do a "basic relevel" as I didn't know any better or that there was a difference at that time. When Joshua came to look at my house, it turned out it was between 3/4 and 1 inch off on one side and definitely needed precision laser guided releveling! He was very knowledgeable and came the same week that I called him for an estimate. The job was completed the following week all in just one day! He and his crew were very professional, and they explained everything every step of the way. He also recommended an interior support for my living room ceiling as one of the previous owners had removed a loadbearing wall which could be detrimental to the ceiling and roof structure. Thank goodness I called the right company! I highly recommend Joshua and his company and will definitely refer them to my clients in the future as well.

Joshua was absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend him enough…read more From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. He used a laser to accurately determine the leveling of my mobile home and even brought a robot camera underneath the house so he could show me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Joshua brought two crew members with him, supervised the work personally, and the entire team was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. As part of the leveling, he made sure all of my doors were properly adjusted and functioning correctly. The previous contractor had done a terrible job installing them, and Joshua took the time to fix the issues and make them right. He also repaired my skirting, fixed my gutter drain, and took care of several other small things he noticed along the way without me even asking. It's rare to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. He clearly cares about his customers and wants the job done right--not just done quickly. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, fairly priced, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Joshua. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Joshua, for going above and beyond!

Duffy (Robert Duffy) came out with his crew of 2 promptly within a couple of days & answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns about the home being on dirt, asphalt & concrete & the different levels of the 2 parts of the house & he was able to do the roof very neatly, add the correct pitch to the roof for drainage & made sure that there would be no future water damage. It is called a roof over & is a white aluminum roof with drip rails that he actually fabricated himself. There is foam under the roof & is quiet, sealed, very neat looking, guaranteed for life & is done with 2 large pieces of solid aluminum with a ridge cap down the middle that connects the 2 halves of the home & it is sealed with industrial polymers that you can't just buy at the local hardware store. Robert is the owner & he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable without being pushy at all, he actually is up there on the roof doing the work himself with 2 other workers. He really cares about people & making you feel comfortable. After all that being said, he gave the cheapest price & actually did the complete job in 2 days & arranged for the inspector to come out at our convenience. To me, he is the last of a breed of Americans that say what they do & do what they say, go above & beyond & is involved in the entire process & building of whatever it is they will be doing to your home. He expresses great care in his responsibility & high quality of the work, customer satisfaction at a shockingly fair price that undercut the other quotes that I got from 2 other roofers by $3,000 each quote. The other quotes also said that it would take them 2 weeks to do the job & that there would be additional fees for inspectors! Good Lord, Duffy's Mobile Home Repair is a breath of fresh air! I am so grateful for him & his crew. Thank You so much Robert, you are honest & did a fantastic job. We are so relieved to have a roof! So let it rain California, we are ready!
