We were the only ones there, and there were several employees but none at the front. Once we finally placed our order, they made it pretty quickly and again disappeared. The glass the shake comes in you get to keep, but it was sticky. There is a sign in the bathroom that says not to rinse your cups, but to ask the staff. I don't think this particular location has been open long. Our kids enjoyed it, and the ice cream we got was tasty. We may potentially try them again in hopes it was an off day. Overall though I'm not sure I understand the hype!

They barely had any of the ice cream and said "it's winter we don't have those." Which is very confusing because... it's an ice cream shop... without ice cream? At least change the menu to what you do have so we don't have to ask a total of 4 times for something different. The coffee milk shake was super underwhelming. It was more like just a shit tone of chocolate and tasted like someone held coffee near it and said "coffee." The brownie was warm...but didn't taste like anything. The Christmas music was way too loud to have on in an empty shop. Apparently you're not allowed to have a birthday in the winter either ... because they don't have that flavor.

The staff was very helpful explaining which flavors are more sweet versus sour. I also love that there are two size options. This is such a cute place to stop for a sweet treat. Will definitely be back!

Candy grapes are good Strawberries are good Cheesecake is good Spicy boiled peanuts with turkey are great! Haven't tried the cookie but I've got one in the fridge (Only thing I didn't like is the strawberry glaze and that's just cause I don't like the texture personally. I had two disappointing experiences with J&M Tasty Treats through the Too Good To Go app. During my…read morefirst visit, I received a bag containing six strawberry shortcake strawberries that were overly ripe and wet on the bottom. I decided to give them another chance, but my second experience was just as disappointing. The cheesecake I received looked unappealing, and had a very wet crust on the bottom. I have included pictures of the actual items I received. I understand that Too Good To Go helps businesses reduce food waste, but that doesn't mean customers should receive items that appear to be in poor condition. I would not serve anyone something I wouldn't feel comfortable eating myself. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I would not recommend this business. I also wrote a review and uploaded pictures of strawberries that I received on the Too Good To Go App.

Of course, I had to add some pecan crumbs on top. This ice cream was delicious. I honestly didn't want to share with my husband, haha. Greedy right?! Yes, that was me, but only for a second. I shared it with my hubby. My hubby ordered the Reese's Peanut Butter cup dipped in cookie butter and oreo crumbs with pistachios. He stated it was so delicious and sweet, which was a little too sweet for me, but the look of it was absolutely insane! Not only was the ice cream delicious here, the customer service was amazing as well. She was very polite and professional. The place was clean and well lit. I adore the colors, it's very colorful. I will definitely return soon to try more.

The big factor for her was that it was a dessert that was clean and she could get a dessert that didn't make her feel terrible afterwards! We were welcomed by the friendliest gentleman, who turned out to be the owner! He explained all of the different bar options to us and allowed us time to pick. My sister told me she had the pistachio and loved it, so I just had to get it since it was likely my only time visiting. I chose to dip it in dark chocolate and coat with chopped pistachios. The bar had the consistency of a fudgesicle and the toppings were just the right amount to add a crunch. The bar itself was not overly sweet which made it very delightful. My sister tried the plain coffee and said it was very good and not overly sweet. Her mother in law got the Raspberry dipped in dark chocolate and coated with chopped almonds. The store itself is very clean and the artwork is captivating. There's a little wall for photo ops as well. There's also one bathroom available in the back. I spoke to the owner and he was very friendly. We connected over Columbus, OH as he works for a company there and I live there. I hope I've convinced him to open a store in Columbus because I think it would do really well! You can tell he takes great pride in his store and truly enjoys this venture. The attention to detail as he dips the bars caught my eye - it truly is a work of art. It would be easy to just dip and dunk and serve but he drizzles the tray, dips to create angles, carefully adds toppings, then drizzles more to top it off. Definitely work a visit!

I really tried to keep an open mind.  The best tasting of everything I listed was the pistachio cake. It had a decent flavor and was moist. Everything else was a bit different for me or not as moist as I would have liked. There are so many different options and I believe they serve lunch.
