We were one of the families involved in the incidents, and the school refused to respond to multiple emails from us and the other families trying to obtain information (despite being promised we would all be kept up-to-date regarding camera footage and employee response). They even tried to have this review removed. We also believe they are sugar-coating, minimizing, and even omitting information completely when communicating with the families that remain at the school. It's clear to us that they are more concerned with covering up their mistakes and lack of action than actually protecting children in their care. My child was assaulted by a male teacher and once it was brought to their attention they did everything they could do to minimize it and not inform the other parents of the school. Not only that but the head of school lied directly to another parent who inquired what was going on at the school. The head of school stated they couldn't do anything until an affected student had reported an incident to the school. I had already reported it to the school that my daughter was assaulted by this male teacher and happened to be in contact with the other Mom, which is how we knew they lied. They sent out a very misleading email with no specifics to a select group of parents letting them know that a teacher would be let go due to "misjudgment". However, I don't consider the touching of a female student inappropriately a misjudgment. Furthermore Endeavor had no intention on bringing this information to the appropriate authorities. It was only after a case was filed by multiple parents that they were cooperative. They would have likely swept this under the carpet. Furthermore, the fact that they allowed male teachers to be alone and without an adult female in the room is beyond irresponsible, this should never be allowed. Please really think twice about sending your child here. There are far better options.

She is kind, provides structure and a safe learning environment for my kids. She really knows the kids and has helped my kids have fun while learning to have a jump start at their educations. The school has a schedule to keep children in a routine of knowing what is coming next. My daughter has learned a tremendous amount from their curriculum, Mother Goose! The employees take extra comforting time in the mornings when drop offs aren't going smoothly! The school has had exemplary communication with me regarding my child's progress and behavior for the day as well as incident reports. My child was hit, bit and pinched by the same child on numerous occasions. I was always notified immediately via email of the incident report with more detail when I arrived for pick up. Although the school could not tell me the child's name, my daughter is 3 and able to tell me who it was. Thankfully the school took proactive measures and disenrolled this child to keep my child and other children protected throughout the day! You can feel at ease with your child in the care of Bright Start during the day! It's great you get updates and pictures thru an app called Kinderlime during the day! You can also message the teacher directly thru the app with concerns or questions! After other failed schools we are so happy with Bright Start!

This was with the staff and teachers the school used to have. But I would rate the drastic changes the church made at a 0 stars if I could. The way they handled their decision was entirely cold, impersonal and unprofessional. Their reaction to current parents who were upset was essentially "too bad, you can leave" it was also over a zoom call, they couldn't be bothered to see us in person. They couldn't care less about their current parents, students or staff. Just your classic case of a church being greedy and wanting more money.

Being informed all day when or what they ate or slept or when they got changed , what activities they do through the day, this helps us so much putting a routine to us when we go home. At the time she was in the infant room. The first day seemed to go okay, but the second day she was out by lunch time. I use to work in childcares so I understand what all happens behind closed doors. So when I tell you I saw her asleep on the floor twice and the teacher never picked her up to put her in her crib was all kinds of wrong. It took multiple calls to get ahold of anyone. When we finally reached someone to tell them our daughter was asleep on the floor, they said they would go talk to the teacher. We live under 10 minutes from the childcare, within the time I hung up, got in my car, drove the 10 minutes and walked into her room, she was still asleep on the floor! The teachers excuse is that she was having a rough time and didn't want to wake her. When I left with her and all her stuff, the director could care less that she was loosing a customer. No attempt to try and keep us or give us a refund. What a disgrace!

The communication from Ms. Meshe, Mrs. Amber, Mr. Jay, and Mr. Omi has been exceptional. They always keep us informed and are very approachable. The environment is truly like a second home for our children. During the summer, my older kids attended their summer camp and it was one of their favorites of all time! We've been to another courtyard before, but it doesn't compare to the quality and warmth of this center. Highly recommend this center!
