Our 11 year old German Shepard has some arthritis going on, but this morning she was wobbly/stumbling & couldn't walk.. I called Easyvetclinic & Hollie was super understanding & got us in Immediately! Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was friendly, & compassionate ... eye contact immediately. We were put into an exam room within minutes .. very impressive. The exam room was spacious, clean & smelled awesome! Dr Hawkins was awesome! She explained everything in Laymans terms & ordered the necessary tests to further determine Taina's Diagnosis & treatment. She made our anxiety level go from a high 10 to 0! Not to say that they were all so gentle with our Taina. We also found the cost was pretty darn reasonable compared to other clinics. Needless to say that We now have found our new Veterinarian in Murfreesboro & would not hesitate to recommend Dr Angie Hawkins Easyvetclinic to anyone! Sincerely, Mr & Mrs Serrano

I was told to bring him in on heavy meds to help his stress. So, I drugged him out for 24 hours (he was miserable) and was charged $100 in total just to be told I should have it removed...? I should have been told to take him straight to the animal hospital but nope, Easy Vet needed my money. I just left feeling scammed.

Unfortunately, the level of service seems to have declined recently. In the past, I was able to bring my pets in when an emergency arose, regardless of the time. Recently, however, I was told that my pet could not be seen until 8:00 AM. This was particularly concerning given that the hospital's website advertises itself as a 24/7 emergency veterinary facility. If the emergency services or hours have changed, the website should be updated so pet owners know what to expect when they have an urgent situation. I'm disappointed because I have been a longtime customer and previously had a much more positive experience.

He was howling from hurting after he peed that morning so we took him during ER hours. Took X-rays and was told he needed a urinalysis. Also was told there IS something there so definitely needed the urinalysis. He wasn't having it initially so they gave him gabapentin to calm him down. Finally they found he had crystals and blood in his pee and wanted to treat it as a UTI. Gave us antibiotics, gabapentin, and a different pain medication and were told that pain medication could interact with his medication he's BEEN on for about 3-4 months. We never gave him that pain medication because we didn't want to take that chance. They also told us that when we come back in two weeks if it's not better to get on a medicated food, and if that's not better after two weeks then we would do surgery- but never told on WHAT or WHY. We spent $951 and some change that day. Monday (8/10/2026) comes, we decided to take Ziggy to his primary vet for a second opinion and we got the xray/record sent over and our vet encouraged us to come in asap and redo X-rays. We were told THAT day he had a bladder stone and needed surgery sooner than later. Our vet also told us the contrast on the first xray was not done good. We scheduled for Wednesday (8/12/2026) Thank the lord we were able to take him to his primary and afford it because the ER isn't cheap in anyway- we knew that. But we didn't want to just let him be in pain and keep wondering until Monday we are not those parents. We want to help our fur babies. I just truly hope they do not do do this to ANYONE ELSE. I have called yesterday (8/13) asking to speak to the office manager so she is fully aware of what is going on. I haven't heard back. Below I put pictures in. The cloudy one is the first one.. the crystal clear one was day of his surgery but looked just like his from Monday. I hope this helps the next family decide where to take their babies in an emergency. Also pics of his bladder stone- it was physically spikey and his whole bladder was bruised. If it were to try and pass through his urethra it would have been WAY worse. Good news after all the vet drama-- he is on a road of recovery.

I've spent over $2,000 in ONE month and still don't have the answers or results I expected. My cat came in with one side of his face completely paralyzed. They couldn't determine what was wrong and spent about 30 minutes researching it in textbooks. I left with a $400 bill and no real answers. I also rescued my dog about 1 1/2 months ago, and he already had an ear infection when I got him. I've now taken him in three times to get it treated. They've looked at it under a microscope multiple times, yet the infection is STILL there. When I questioned why I should continue paying for visits when the issue hadn't been resolved, I was told I needed to pay for another visit and basically hope it works this time. I'm done. I'm taking my dog somewhere else about 20 minutes away, where I'm paying half the price. I understand veterinary care isn't cheap, but spending over $2,000 in one month and still not having these issues resolved is unacceptable to me. Don't let the new, nice-looking facility fool you like it did me. Save your time, save your money, and get a second opinion elsewhere.
