The person who answered the phone was already short with me and had an attitude. I had barely begun to speak -- I said, "after lots of consideration, we think euthanasia is the most humane option." -- and was hung up on. No explanation. No follow-up. Even if it was accidental (which I'd like to believe), a call back would have been the bare minimum in this kind of situation. Anyone who has had to make a decision like this knows I didn't call lightly. I've been living with this heartbreaking situation for a long time and was simply trying to do the right thing -- which I would have explained had I not been cut off.

The two medications prescribed nearly killed him. When I brought him back in, hoping for guidance or concern, the response I got felt more like an indifferent "oh well" than real support. Thankfully, my dog has since improved on his own -- he's eating, gaining weight, and acting like himself again, aside from a lingering cough. When I called to request a second opinion from another vet in the same practice (something I've done before without being charged), I was told I'd have to pay for a full exam again just to see someone different. Given the seriousness of my dog's condition and the years I've been coming here, this felt dismissive and unfair. I'm disappointed and no longer feel comfortable bringing my pets to this practice. I'll be seeking care elsewhere.

I was told to bring him in on heavy meds to help his stress. So, I drugged him out for 24 hours (he was miserable) and was charged $100 in total just to be told I should have it removed...? I should have been told to take him straight to the animal hospital but nope, Easy Vet needed my money. I just left feeling scammed.

I arrived 15 minutes before opening and was the fifth car in line. The friendly vet techs have already come out to gather our furry friends Info shortly before the actual opening time. After it was all set and done. I was finished by 10:25 AM. I can really appreciate that they do a three-year rabies vaccination at reasonable prices. Neither the tech or vet listened to anything I had to say. The vet went our of her way to make me feel like I was lying about how I was giving my dog his medication. They charged me for doing absolutely nothing. I stayed by my dog's side for the next two days until my regular vet's office opened. My dog was having a reaction to the sutures that caused bacteria to form in the eye socket. He was going septic. She changed antibiotics and kept him for three days until he improved significantly. This animal medical center used to be great but now the health care and empathy has declined significantly.
