The service was very swell, i came in as a walk in and got to me right away. The quality of the place was definitely not the cleanest but it was not dirty. My nails were smooth but had a lot of mistakes that show. This picture is from a day after my nails were done. When i left the salon there was nail polish on my fingers and nail glue around my nails but came off after a little picking and scrubbing at home. the nails had polish on the underside of them and they are see through so it shows a lot when in the sun. read more

I arrived at 10:55. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said hello nobody did anything so I signed in and I sat down. Another customer had walked in at 11:12- again no greeting. At 11:18 he walked up to the sign in sheet told me I would have to wait because she was there before me and I asked how long the wait would be (because I had to work at one), He said another 15 maybe 20 minutes so I said "I have to work at one". He then replied with you'll be fine and walked away. I then got up and crossed my name out and left worst service horrible attitude will never return. read more

I came in because I wanted to try a new place closer to home. I've heard nothing but bad things for years about happy nails, but I figured I'd give it a try and boy was I wrong. Rude right off the rip. I get sat down, and he goes to do my nails. All is going well and then he chips my nail, does he fix it after I mention it to him? NO. He ignores it and says the gel will cover it up. Then after he did my nails, they look choppy and very unprofessional. He didn't take his time and he rushed through the whole process. I get to my toes and the lady is just annoyed. She is rude when asking me what I want, then she is rolling her eyes when all I wanted was simple black to match my nails. She was very quick and didn't take her time either. I'm very disappointed and I will never be back, no matter how desperate I am. I will continue to go to Buckeye nails in Lancaster. read more

They were very pretty but he kept filing my nails and at one point my ring finger got so thin it started to bleed a little. I wouldn't recommend if it's your first time and you aren't used to the drill because it will probably hurt worse than it does but overall I think it was good. They also have walk-ins which is nice. read more

Wish I could do 0 stars. Tried to walk in for two gel manicures and was blown away by the incredibly rude service from John. Not even greeted when we walked in, then proceeded to argue with us about what a gel polish manicure is and how much it is vs polish change. I'm not sure if he thought we couldn't afford it or what the deal was but the whole experience was so strange. We told him we were just going to go somewhere else if this seemed to be a problem and he said okay! And walked away. Still scratching my head ... so rude. read more

Only reason I'm giving 3 starts is because the guy who did my nails was amazing and paid attention to detail, the lady who did my mothers nails put the wrong color and made it look like a 3 year old painted them you could tell she just wanted to get the job done and not make the person she's working on happy. My mother has gel polish all over her actual fingers and that's highly unprofessional. read more
